★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui minha mãe comprou um produto e fui apenas pagar o carnê de uma prestação.....não vou falar da compra em si, mas da burocracia e tempo perdido pra pagar!!! Absurdo na minha humilde opinião o cliente ficar esperando na fila do caixa (sem ninguém pra atender) por que simplesmente das 3 funcionárias que estavam ali uma era novata e não conseguiria receber o carnê, outras 2 estavam atendendo nas mesas ao lado a pessoas que estavam abrindo crediario!!... o caixa ficou sem ninguém!!!!!!... e a fila foi se formando (umas 5 pessoas) pra simplesmente pagar suas contas!! Eis que ao chegar a minha vez indaguei sobre isso... e simplesmente teria como se evitar esse transtorno todo e pagar o carnê on line por transformá-lo em boleto!!!! Informação essa que deveria ser repassada a todos no ato da compra e não só pra quem questiona!!! (Pra quem não sabe carnê não vem com códigos de barra e só é possível pagar direto no caixa da loja!!) Enfim... 2 estrelas vai pela praticidade em poder transformar o carnê em boleto (o que economizaria em tempo e transtornos pro cliente) mas infelizmente não recebe mais agora devido as falhas de informação e falta de organização do setor de crediario/caixa!!
Tive a oportunidade um tempo atrás de conhecer o Dono das Lojas Edimil numa balsa do Guape/MG quando estavam construindo o prédio lá!! Pessoa Bonissima e Visionária pelo pouco que conversei com ele. Estou certo de que foi um fato pontual e que poderá ser corrigido.
Here my mother bought a product and I just paid for the installment plan.....I won't talk about the purchase itself, but the bureaucracy and wasted time to pay!!! It is absurd in my humble opinion for the customer to be waiting in the checkout line (with no one to meet) because simply of the 3 employees who were there, one was new and could not receive the booklet, another 2 were serving at the tables next to people who were opening installment service!!... the cashier was left without anyone!!!!!!... and the queue was forming (about 5 people) to simply pay their bills!! Behold, when my turn came I asked about it... and I would simply have to avoid all this inconvenience and pay the booklet online by transforming it into a ticket!!!! Information that should be passed on to everyone at the time of purchase and not just for those who question!!! (For those who don't know the booklet, it doesn't come with bar codes and you can only pay directly at the store checkout!!) Anyway... 2 stars goes for the practicality in being able to transform the booklet into a ticket (which would save time and trouble for the customer) but unfortunately he doesn't receive more now due to lack of information and lack of organization in the installment plan/cash sector!!
I had the opportunity a while ago to meet Edimil Store Owner on a ferry from Guape/MG when they were building the building there!! Nice and Visionary Person for the little I talked to him. I am sure that it was a one-off fact and that it can be corrected.
