★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá e uma mesa entregaram somente a mesa o primeiro boleto já venceu e ainada não me entregaram o sofá minha nota e 0 para esta loja marabraz muita falta de respeito com o cliente .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produto caro e de péssima qualidade, no meu caso um armário aereo e um balcão de 1.20m por mil reais. A qualidade da madeira é horrível e fora que faltou puxadores e a porta veio com defeito. Comprei pq o modelo era bonito porém quando chegou foi uma decepção.
Expensive and very poor quality product, in my case an air closet and a 1.20m counter per thousand reais. The quality of the wood is horrible and outside there were no handles and the door came defective. I bought it because the model was beautiful but when it arrived it was a disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi A pior da minha vida,comprei um sofá depois de tanto economiza paguei a vista pq a vendedora me ofereceu entrega em menos de 30 dias de fosse a vista...passou este prazo que estava diferente do contrato sem ela me informar Surpresa não chegou É ela disse que não tinha mais o sofá pôr problema com fornecedores. Meu como vendem sem ter?pois bem pedi o reebolse a qual o gerente por nome Roni prometeu que eu esperasse mais 20 dias o sofá chegaria veja que não era mais por não ter o sofá
Esperei...chegou final de novembro quase mais de 60 dias da compra ele veio dizer que não tinha o sofá e que eu esperasse ele juntar meu dinheiro pra devolver a quantia paga
Resultado ficarei fim de ano sem sofá pois mesmo que devolva o dinheiro difícil achar loja pronta entrega agora
É fora que passei mal com a decepção ?isso é i admissível vou ir atrás de resolver isso pq só não merecia está desfeita
Desta loja criminosa ?Não comprem os produtos são um lixo uma cama que comprei uma vez tbm tá só o kako é um lixo não comprem!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível pela primeira e última compra, comprei uma cômoda 4 gavetas e uma porta lateral com partes rosas pra organizar as coisas da minha bebê..e entregaram toda branca...emfim,decepcionada..mais pelo menos não indico ninguém pra passar pelo mesmo.falta de consideração pelo cliente..
Horrible experience for the first and last purchase, I bought a 4 drawer dresser and a side door with pink parts to organize my baby's things...and they delivered all white...in short, disappointed...but at least I don't recommend anyone to go through same. lack of consideration for the customer..
