★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo a unidade Morana de Marília caso queira ser tratado com descaso. Infelizmente descobri que não conseguiria efetuar a troca da compra de um produto o qual havia comprado em outra loja Morana somente quando compareci ao estabelecimento para efetua-lá, já que por telefone a vendedora alegou que eu poderia trocar o produto em Marilia tranquilamente. Ao chegar na loja, outra vendedora se recusou a efetuar minha troca e ao invés de ao menos se desculpar pelo ocorrido tentou se justificar afirmando que a vendedora com a qual havia me comunicado no telefone era apenas uma freelancer. Enfim, um descaso com o consumidor.
I recommend the Morana de Marília unit if you want to be treated with indifference. Unfortunately I found that I could not exchange the purchase of a product which I had purchased at another Morana store only when I went to the establishment to do it, as the seller claimed that I could exchange the product in Marilia calmly over the phone. When I arrived at the store, another salesperson refused to make my exchange and instead of at least apologizing for what had happened, she tried to justify herself by stating that the salesperson I had communicated with on the phone was just a freelancer. Finally, a disregard for the consumer.
