Comprei 2 peças de roupa na loja e ao chegar em casa e lavar uma delas desbotou intera! E outra desfiou e raspou ao lava. , foi uma simples lavagem a mão!
E ao relatar esse problema a loja se renunciou a fazer a troca.
Péssimo atendimento desde a dona!
Bad service and zero commitment.
I bought 2 pieces of clothing at the store and when I got home and washed one of them it faded inside! And another shredded and scraped the lava. , it was a simple hand wash!
And when reporting this problem, the store refused to make the switch.
Bad service from the owner!

Vc faz o pagamento e envia o comprovante.
Daí a atendente envia este comprovante para um terceiro, que não está nem na loja, retém seu produto, e diz que vc precisará aguardar esta pessoa visualizar a mensagem e verificar na conta bancária se o dinheiro realmente caiu.

Foram quase 15min esperando e só fui liberada da loja pq comecei a me estressar. A "gerente" ainda disse para mim: - vou te liberar mesmo sem a comprovação.
É o fim da picada, vc apresenta um comprovante de transação bancária e isso não é válido...e vc ainda sai da loja como se não tivesse pago pelo produto.
Nunca mais entro nesta loja. Horror de atendimento, horror de pessoas.

It was almost 15min waiting and I was only released from the store because I started to stress. The "manager" even said to me: - I will release you even without proof.
It's the end of the sting, you present a proof of bank transaction and this is not valid... and you still leave the store as if you hadn't paid for the product.
I will never enter this store again. Horror of customer service, horror of people.
