Nas fica aqui uma dica, se você não gosta de pedras e subidas, tem problemas de joelho e é fã de ar condicionado, shoppings e hotel à beira-mar, não vá! The place is very beautiful, especially for those who like trails, the view, the nature is incredible. I loved the cactus entwined with bromeliads! Nas here is a tip, if you don't like rocks and climbs, have knee problems and are a fan of air conditioning, shopping malls and hotels by the sea, don't go!

Recomendo fazer a trilha rio acima, acompanhado de um guia, com passeio pelos salões de areia, poço Halley, depois escalar a montanha até a cachoeira Primavera e continuar até o Mirante. Por fim, banho refrescante na última cachoeira. A trilha começa e termina dentro da cidade, é de média dificuldade e requer certo esforço. Não recomendo para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção e crianças pequenas. A aventura compensa. Fantastic view of the Lençóis River valley and the city. I recommend doing the trail upstream, accompanied by a guide, with a tour of the sand halls, Halley well, then climb the mountain to the Primavera waterfall and continue to the viewpoint. Finally, a refreshing bath in the last waterfall. The trail begins and ends within the city, is of medium difficulty and requires some effort. I do not recommend it for people with limited mobility and small children. The adventure pays off.

Fiz sem guia mesmo, somente seguindo as trilhas, mas com apoio do gps, pois as trilhas seguem vários rumos. The climb is hard and requires preparation. You can see the city of Lençóis from above and a very peaceful climate. It's worth it. I did it without a guide, just following the trails, but with GPS support, as the trails follow several directions.

The hike isn’t hard and it’s easy enough to find your way- there are lots of people trying to offer you information or guide you, but we opted to do this ourselves. If you download the CityMaps2Go app it has the trails marked so it’s simple to follow. There are some waterfalls and swimming spots along the way, each is marked by someone selling drinks. Wear decent shoes, you don’t want to walk this with flip flops. It can take 2 hours and you might end up crossing a river, depending on which trail you follow, which we struggled a bit to find the exact point to cross. Other than that, it’s a good way to spend your morning just outside Lençóis.
