★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia em 2019 adquirir um imóvel pela Jaylson Imobliária , era o lugar dos sonhos , lugar esse onde nasci e me criei , e com o passar dos anos esse lugar valorizou e muito , muitas mudanças para melhor de quando eu ainda era criança e residia lá com meus pais , uma casa lá para mim nos dias atuais era uma realidade bem distante , justamente pela valorização do Bairro , eu falo do Bairro de Vista Alegre aqui no Rio. E vendo alguns anuncios por lá vi justamente 1 que constava pela Jaylson Imóveis , Chegando lá fui atendido pelo Sr Peçanha , pessoa essa que fez toda a diferença com relação aquela realidade bem distante que era de eu conseguir retornar as minhas origens meu Bairro Natal rsrs , ele me instruiu com relação a como fazer a proposta para os proprietários , eu segui pelo caminho a mim orientado , ficamos fazendo dia a dia contatos , ele sempre ligava , ou mesmo whatsapp , e a coisa foi indo devagar , realmente foi coisa de Deus era pra ser , mandei toda a documentação sem sabermos ao certo o que aconteceria se aprovaria ou não , etc . Me mantive firme , logo após o próprio sr Jaylson (Dono da imobiliária) fez o contato comigo com relação a alguns caminhos que eu deveria proceder com relação a documentos para que no final tudo desse certo , e por fim após todas as orientações , estamos hj fazendo a reforma desse imóvel para que se Deus quiser em 2021 possamos entrar. Não tenho dúvidas que Deus usou essas pessoas para que eu conseguisse voltar de onde eu sai , hoje graças a Deus com minha família , esposa e filhos , para que possam ter a mesma alegria e prazer que tive quando criança. Sr Peçanha não esqueci do Sr. deixa isso tudo passar que em breve irei aí lhe dar um abraço e levar uma lembrança que prometi. Ricardo Lopes
 Good morning in 2019 to acquire a property by Jaylson Imobliária, it was the place of dreams, the place where I was born and raised, and over the years this place has valued and much, many changes for the better when I was a child and lived there with my parents, a house there for me nowadays was a very distant reality, precisely because of the appreciation of the neighborhood, I speak of the Vista Alegre neighborhood here in Rio. When I got there I was attended by Mr Peçanha, a person who made all the difference in relation to that very distant reality that I was able to return to my origins in my Natal Neighborhood lol, he instructed me in how to make the proposal to the owners, I I followed the path guided by me, we kept making day-to-day contacts, he always called, or even whatsapp, and things went slowly, it really was God’s thing to be, I sent all the documentation without s we know for sure what would happen if it would approve or not, etc. I stood firm, right after Mr. Jaylson (owner of the real estate company) made contact with me regarding some paths that I should proceed with regarding documents so that in the end everything would work out, and finally after all the guidance, we are today doing the renovation of this property so that if God wants in 2021 we can enter. I have no doubt that God used these people so that I could return from where I left, today thank God with my family, wife and children, so that they can have the same joy and pleasure that I had as a child. Mr. Peçanha I didn't forget about you. Let it all go by and soon I will go there to give you a hug and take a memory that I promised. Ricardo Lopes

Antes de ir visitar o imóvel, me foi confirmado o valor do imóvel, como era 10k a maior do que eu tinha aprovado, perguntei a corretora se havia possibilidade de negociação do valor o qual me foi dito que sim. Fui ver o imóvel , na visita novamente perguntei se havia a possibilidade de negociação do valor, e novamente me foi dito que sim e que eu tinha que comparecer na imobiliária para fazer uma carta de proposta. Me desloquei até a imobiliária onde outra pessoa que se diz gerente ( Ricardo) falou que o imóvel estava no valor de 179.000 , mesmo eu com o telefone na mão mostrando que havia o anúncio da mesma casa em outro sitepelo valor de 170.000. E aí me disse que não tinha como levar a minha proposta para os vendedores. Só fez perder meu tempo e até mesmo o da imobiliária, pois se tivessem sido verdadeiros comigo desde o início, ninguém perderia a manha e início de tarde de um sábado.

I went to see the property, on the visit again I asked if there was a possibility of negotiating the value, and again I was told that I did and that I had to go to the real estate agency to make a letter of proposal. I went to the real estate agency where another person who calls himself manager (Ricardo) said that the property was worth 179,000, even though I had the phone in my hand showing that there was an ad for the same house on another site for the value of 170,000. And then he told me he couldn't take my proposal to the sellers. It only wasted my time and even that of the real estate agency, because if they had been true to me from the beginning, no one would have missed the morning and early afternoon of a Saturday.
