★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo tempo em que eu for comprar ou vender um imóvel, vou procurar a ATMA. Adquiri um imóvel em outubro/2020 através dessa imobiliária. Fiquei com o pé atrás no início porque nunca havia feito negócio com eles, mas, logo nos primeiros contatos percebi que estava lidando com profissionais sérios e organizados. Durante os trâmites burocráticos que envolvem a compra de um imóvel, infelizmente, por culpa do banco financiador, tivemos dificuldade em concluir o registro do imóvel no cartório, entretanto, a Mara, profissional que me acompanhou desde o início, foi incansável na solução dos problemas que surgiram. Vou me furtar a entrar em detalhes aqui, mas o que ela fez dificilmente alguém na posição dela faria. Além de profissional, Mara foi muito humana ao se colocar no nosso lugar (do comprador e, principalmente, do vendedor). E é por isso que eu sempre farei negócios imobiliários com a ATMA. Recomendo muitíssimo.

During the bureaucratic procedures that involve the purchase of a property, unfortunately, due to the fault of the financing bank, we had difficulty completing the registration of the property at the registry office, however, Mara, the professional who accompanied me from the beginning, was tireless in solving the problems. that have emerged. I'll shy away from going into details here, but what she did hardly anyone in her position would do. In addition to being a professional, Mara was very human in putting herself in our place (the buyer and, especially, the seller). And that is why I will always do real estate deals with ATMA.
