★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota 10 para o comercial da Self, a Liz Felga me surpreendeu positivamente, mas do que adianta o time comercial ser o melhor se o time administrativo é péssimo? Self precisa treinar ou trocar os corretores administrativos, hein! Invistam em profissionais mais capacitados como os comerciais! Aluguei um imóvel dos sonhos com a Liz, mas foi só passar a bola para JOSEMAR COSTA pra tudo desandar! Estou aqui há duas semanas, até hoje o JOSEMAR não se deu ao trabalho de me responder o email da VISTORIA DE ENTRADA!! Já mandei uns 6 e-mails além do da vistoria, até agora não me respondeu uma vírgula!! Não sei o que fazer com as coisas que a proprietária largou aqui, se jogo fora, se posso doar... JOSEMAR COSTA SIMPLESMENTE IGNORA MEUS E-MAILS!! Suja a imagem da Self, irrita o locatário. Alô, self, tira esse Josemar do meu contrato, por favor, coloca outro corretor administrativo!!

SETE meses depois e continuo sem respostas, sem as chaves da porta de cozinha e correio!!
Note 10 for Self's commercial, Liz Felga positively surprised me, but what good is the commercial team being the best if the administrative team is terrible? Self needs to train or change administrative brokers, huh! Invest in more capable professionals such as commercials! I rented a dream property with Liz, but I just passed the ball to JOSEMAR COSTA for everything to fall apart! I've been here for two weeks, until today, JOSEMAR hasn't bothered to answer my ENTRY INSPECTION email!! I've sent about 6 emails in addition to the inspection, so far you haven't replied a comma!! I don't know what to do with the things the owner left here, if I throw them away, if I can donate... JOSEMAR COSTA SIMPLY IGNORE MY E-MAILS!! Dirty Self's image, irritates the tenant. Hello self, take this Josemar out of my contract, please put another admin broker!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez não dei sorte pela falta de compreensão da corretora que em vez de entender a situação minha e de minha mãe ficou nos desvalorizando em relação a venda da casa mas nenhum momento não falou em diminuir também sua comissão .
Como " ter o nosso cantinho" como insignificante em relação de querer baixar cada vez mais o valor do imóvel.
Em relação a selva de pedras de grandes empreendimentos que Icaraí e Santa Rosa está se tornando.
Por isso que dei poucas estrelas.
Mas agora estamos com outro corretor nos ajudando e muito mas educado e atencioso do que ela .
