★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma péssima experiência ao negociar um imóvel para venda nessa imobiliaria. Não foram professionais e "tentaram" alegar eu havia combinado uma coisa quando na verdade era outra. Tinha feito uma proposta de valor de venda e tentaram vender meu imóvel com outra, mais baixa, diferente do que combinaram comigo e inclusive colocaram em papel e assinado por eles mesmo. Não recomendo. Há outras imobiliarias na cidade com mais opções e melhor atendimento.
We had a very bad experience when negotiating a property for sale in this real estate. They were not professionals and "tried" to claim that I had agreed on one thing when in fact it was another. I had made a sale price proposal and tried to sell my property with a lower one, different from what they agreed with me and even put on paper and signed by themselves. I do not recommend. There are other properties in the city with more options and better service.
