★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com produtos com bom designer. Primeira compra deu tudo certo, mas a segunda tudo errado. Compramos uma mesa de 1,5 x 1,5 e entregaram de 1,4 x 1,4. Cadeiras vieram com cor da madeira de diferente e foi solicitado a trocas. A troca demorou 2 meses e ainda veio na cor do tecido diferente. Tudo começou com pedido mal feito pela vendedora e o pós venda executado pelo dono que não conseguiu expor os problemas e as opções para contorna-los.
Shop with products with good designer. First purchase was all right, but the second was all wrong. We bought a 1.5 x 1.5 table and they delivered a 1.4 x 1.4. Chairs came with different wood color and exchanges were requested. The exchange took 2 months and still came in a different fabric color. It all started with a bad order by the seller and the after-sales performed by the owner who was unable to expose the problems and the options to overcome them.
