★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência de compra que já tive. Aconselho a não comprar nesta loja, são desleais, ficam enrolando o cliente até passar a garantia...recordista de reclamação no Procon. Colocar uma estrela é demais pra eles.
The worst shopping experience I've ever had. I advise you not to buy at this store, they are disloyal, they keep winding up the customer until the guarantee is passed ... record holder of a complaint at Procon. Putting a star is too much for them.

I bought a sofa on the Luiza magazine website, being the store responsible for the product and delivery to the Star Shop, and a sofa arrived as a totally different print, I'm trying to contact and I can't speak! Lousy experience. If they don't, I'll seek legal recourse!

A entrega e montagem é muito rápida e realidade por eles mesmo, a montagem é realizada pela mesma equipe que entrega, o que é um diferencial de outros lugares que só entregam e precisa agendar a montagem.
