★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pessoalmente à este estabelecimento, pois estava a procura de um imóvel que estivesse alugando e vendendo ao mesmo tempo. Fui super bem atendida, ficaram de fazer uma busca de acordo com minhas pretensões, deixei todos os meus contatos com a corretora.
Fiquei esperando mais de uma semana e nada, até que resolvi ligar para saber se já haviam feito a minha busca. A mesma corretora que me atendeu, disse que já tinha os resultados e ia me mandar tudo pelo WhatsApp naquela mesma hora. Esperei e nada.
Isso já tem 3 meses...
Fechei a compra do imóvel com outra imobiliária.
Obs: isso porque estamos em crise e o povo está precisando de clientes. ..
I personally went to this establishment, because I was looking for a property that was renting and selling at the same time. I was very well attended, they were left to do a search according to my pretensions, I left all my contacts with the broker.
I was waiting more than a week and nothing, until I decided to call to see if they had already made my search. The same broker who answered me said that I already had the results and was going to send me everything via WhatsApp at the same time. I waited and nothing.
This has been 3 months ...
I closed the purchase of the property with another real estate company.
Note: this is because we are in crisis and the people are in need of customers. ..

Solicitam coisas que nem quando a gente pegou o imóvel existia, fazem querer pagar seguro incêndio, sendo que é obrigação do proprietário e uma vez que vc não aceita pagar, deixam no contrato que é sua obrigação e que ainda está sob sua responsabilidade.
Diversos reparos que tive que tive que entrar em contato direto com a proprietária que por sinal foi solicita até quando foi conveniente.
Não recomendo.
Discontent is not enough.
They ask for things that, even when we took the property, did not make us want to pay fire insurance, since it is the obligation of the owner and since you do not accept to pay, they leave in the contract that it is your obligation and that is still under your responsibility.
Several repairs I had that I had to get in direct contact with the owner who by the way was requested until when it was convenient.
I do not recommend.
