Mau atendimento em todas as etapas, desde o atendimento telefônico que não atende, a corretora com descaso, me deixou vendo o apartamento sozinha e ficou no celular, depois não dava a resposta do proprietário quanto a arrumar o imóvel, e por fim foi o tratamento vip das avaliadoras da sua situação financeira. Pura humilhação! Rispidez e ainda cobram p avaliar que é ilegal. Nem quis mais que fosse feita avaliação nenhuma. Nunca mais volto a este lugar. Péssima
RCM was the worst choice I could have made. Bad service in all stages, from the phone service that does not answer, the broker neglected, left me seeing the apartment alone and stayed on the cell phone, then did not give the answer of the owner about tidying up the property, and finally it was the treatment vip of the evaluators of your financial situation. Pure humiliation! Sharpness and even charge p to assess that it is illegal. I didn't even want any evaluation to be done. I will never return to this place. Terrible

Ridiculous service, most of the properties advertised have already been sold or rented. Registration is quite outdated. Bad experience and total waste of time.
