★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido para entrega em um hotel. Uma hora depois sou avisado que "estragou a moto do motoqueiro que faz as entregas" e que tentariam outro. Mais meia hora aguardando e desisti do pedido. Uma empresa que se auto-nomeia "distribuidora", se dispõe a fazer delivery, mas que não consegue encontrar um entregador tem um futuro não muito promissor. Chamasse qualquer Uber e o motorista faria a entrega. Não adianta ter preço competitivo se não conseguem o mínimo: entregar o produto que vendem.
I placed the order for delivery to a hotel. An hour later I'm told that "the delivery guy's motorcycle was ruined" and that they would try another one. Another half hour waiting and I gave up on the order. A company that calls itself a "distributor", is willing to deliver, but cannot find a delivery person has a not very promising future. Call any Uber and the driver will deliver. It's no use having a competitive price if they can't do the least: deliver the product they sell.
