★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a experiência não foi a melhor porém o pós venda simplesmente foi lamentável, não sabe receber uma critica construtiva, era melhor senão tivesse se quer respondido, afinal o silencio é a melhor saída. Como não entende uma critica vamos lá: existem pessoas e pessoas e ter mais experiências justifica sua critica. Saber identificar algo bom como se referiu a minha avaliação no ifood é muito subjetivo, se você sempre come em lugares simples e humildes de fato acharia seu lanche um bom lanche, mas não quem come em lanchonetes com hambúrgueres de fato artesanais certo meu querido. Realmente não atingiu meu paladar e nem de longe iria atingir, pois estava esperando o que dizia no cardápio, ou seja, hambúrguer artesanal, e me veio um hambúrguer com gosto de industrializado, e com um alface murcha, bem estilo lanche de lugares simples, não que eu desmereça pois tem muito lugares simples muito melhores que o seu, e com um pequeno detalhe muito importante para o publico que você atende e agrada, com um valor muito mais acessível. Como falei gosto é muito subjetivo, tenho experiências muito melhores com o mesmo valor, ou seja, com o mesmo valor tive experiência muito mais agradáveis que de longe são lanches muito melhores, e artesanais de fato, e com um detalhe empresas que sabem aceitar criticas constritivas pois errar é humano persistir no erro é burrice. É com este nivel de atendimento que sua lanchonete não irá passar de uma simples lanchonete para uma lanchonete de hamburgueria que atendam paladares mais refinados e com mais experiências agradáveis. Já comprei com vocês várias vezes, mas hoje provavelmente só porque usei vr no pagamento vocês cancelaram, 2 vezes.
Eu agendei 13 pras 15 horas e depois de esperar 2 horas vocês cancelam, por que não cancelaram antes????
Agendei depois pras 17 horas, esperei e cancelaram de novo.
Nunca mais indico ou compro com vocês.

I booked from 13 to 15 hours and after waiting 2 hours you cancel, why didn't you cancel before????
I booked later for 17 hours, waited and canceled again.
I never recommend or buy with you again.

Descaso total com o cliente!
