Mas hoje foi mais um dia que fui mal atendida pela gerente mal humorada e mal educada que não tem ética para tratar as pessoas. Não é a primeira vez que passo por constrangimento e vejo a impaciência da mesma para com o público.
Penso que para liderar é preciso rever capacitação para o cargo.
Se não puder ter uma escuta nesse sentido, buscarei o saco do shopping, assim como meus direitos.
