★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comum a demora e filas para atendimento. Lugar apertado e mal ventilado. Não sei como as atendentes aguentam. Nunca vi todos guichês atendendo.
Common the delay and queues for attendance. Cramped and poorly ventilated place. I don't know how the attendants can handle it. I've never seen all the windows open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar só vive lotado, eles não tem controle nos clientes preferênciais, toda hora chega um preferencial e passa na frente, com isso a fila cresce muitoooo.
The place is only crowded, they have no control over the preferred customers, a preferred customer arrives all the time and passes in front of them, so the queue grows soooooooo much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, mal informados, mesmo mostrando a instrução do DETRAN para pagto da CNH não quiseram receber, e se tiver como denunciar no DETRAN também o farei.
Terrible service, poorly informed, even showing the DETRAN instruction for CNH payment they did not want to receive, and if I have a way to report it to the DETRAN I will also do it.
