★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em plena pandemia a minha mãe de 86 anos aguardava na fila de idosos para receber o Auxílio do Governo, dia 30/05 aproximadamente as 10:00h, a fila era demarcada como sendo de idosos e deficientes pela própria lotérica porém os funcionários informavam que não havia dinheiro e nem previsão de atendimento, no entanto, quando finalmente retomaram o atendimento, o gerente simplesmente se negou a atender minha mãe pois alegou que não havia fila de idosos, descumprindo o que determina a lei, por sorte todos da fila acharam aquilo um absurdo e deixaram minha mãe passar na frente... achei aquilo um enorme desrespeito e uma enorme falta de profissionalismo, lamentável, mas nosso povo é bom e humanitário, obrigado a todas as pessoas que a ajudaram. Mas eu quase chamei a Polícia.
In the middle of a pandemic, my 86-year-old mother waited in line for the elderly to receive Government Aid, on May 30 at approximately 10:00 am, the line was demarcated as being elderly and disabled by the lottery itself, but the employees informed that they did not there was no money and no provision for assistance, however, when they finally resumed service, the manager simply refused to attend my mother because he claimed that there was no line for the elderly, not complying with the law, luckily everyone in the line found that one absurd and they let my mother go ahead ... I found that a huge disrespect and a huge lack of professionalism, unfortunate, but our people are good and humanitarian, thanks to all the people who helped her. But I almost called the police.
