★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fomos bem atendidos, mas hoje, infelizmente fomos tratados de maneira grosseira e mal educada. Estava com a fatura do meu cartão Santander que tirei no caixa eletrônico. Continha todas as informações, linha digitavel do código se barras.
Porém. A atendente simplesmente DISSE que não poderia receber, apenas se tiver o código de barras. Quando comentei que fiz pagamento com esse mesmo documento em outra lotérica, a mesma ameaçou dizendo que iria receber mas se tivesse problemas não era pra voltar reclamar.
Com medo do tamanho do descaso e grosseria, optei em voltar ao Banco Santander, onde uma atendente muito educada, me mostrou que a lotérica poderia sim ter recebido, uma vez que todas as informações estavam constando no documento. Nome completo, linha digitavel do código de barras, vencimento e valor.
Estou indignada com tamanha grosseria, humilhação pois ela ameaçou em alto som como se eu fosse ignorante.
