Estive hoje na loja do shopping Ibirapuera para efetuar uma troca e quando entrei sequer fui cumprimentada pelas vendedoras que estavam fazendo nada e continuaram apenas conversando entre si. Só depois que uma delas perguntou se podia ajudar e quando falei do que se tratava de uma troca esta então só faltou me deixar falando sozinha. Fui super mal atendida. Nunca mais volto nesta loja. Existem muitas outras lojas que trabalham com este segmento no shopping.
Terrible. This store does not have professional salespeople. I was at the Ibirapuera shopping store today to make an exchange and when I entered I was not even greeted by the salespeople who were doing nothing and just kept talking to each other. Only after one of them asked if I could help and when I talked about what it was about an exchange this then only left me talking alone. I was very poorly attended. I'll never go back to this store again. There are many other stores that work with this segment in the mall.

Mas, fora isso fui super atendida pela funcionária Fran, uma querida, que fez da minha experiência a melhor. O bom dessa marca são as medidas, que segue o padrão internacional, ou seja, mais precisa na hora de escolher a peça correta para cada tipo de corpo. Infelizmente, as marcas nacionais não possuem ainda esse sistema. É o mesmo da intimissimi, a qualidade me pareceu muito boa, com um preço mais acessível do que a marca anterior e que a victoria secrets. Recomendo.
