★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim e comprei uma carteira de presente e quando fui dar a carteira nao cabia cartoes. Fui em outra loja le postiche e eles nao podiam trocar porque a mulher nao deixou a etiqueta. Nao volto a comprar nessa loja.
 Bad service and I bought a gift wallet and when I went to give the wallet there was no room for cards. I went to another le postiche store and they couldn't change because the woman didn't leave the label. I will not buy again in that store.

Ganhei uma mala de presente e no dia seguinte, com a mala sem uso, com etiqueta e em perfeitas condições, o funcionário, que parecia o dono da loja, se recusou a efetuar a troca. Insistia que não havia cupom de troca - cupom que eles mesmos haviam esquecido de fornecer. Foi puro descaso. E agora vejo que há um comentário semelhante aqui. Não foi só comigo isso. Escolha outra loja. Um dos piores atendimentos que tive na minha vida.
Avoid this shop. I got a suitcase and the next day, with the bag unused, labeled and in perfect condition, the employee, who looked like the owner of the store, refused to make the exchange. He insisted there was no coupon exchange - a coupon they themselves had forgotten to provide. It was pure neglect. And now I see that there is a similar comment here. It was not just me. Choose another store. One of the worst calls I've had in my life.
