Comprei um filhote de Husk Siberiano com a Love Doggy ,pois ele veio com o intestino muito solto ,entrei em contato e fui atendido e me disseram que ele teria aquela adaptação de ambiente ok.
Ele foi desmamado com a ração fórmula e disseram que se eu não a encontrasse ou por alguma outra coisa eu poderia estar comprando um a ração de primeira linha para filhote.
Pois bem eu procurei e não encontrei e comprei a Premier , pois deve aquela adaptação de mas 1 semana e o problema persistia .
Passei o caso novamente e pediram pra ir na clínica conveniada ,o primeiro passo pediu pra dar probiótico , então já dei a ele.
Pois ainda persistia o problema , falei com a Dr e ela pediu para levar até o consultório .Levamos e ela passou antibiótico . Pois mas 1 semana e o problema persistia .
Então a Dr pediu para levar ele novamente ,onde levamos e fez exame de fezes e deu Giardia.ok
Tratamos e o problema persistia. Deixei ele na clínica 4 dias para fazer outros exames ,pois a Dr disse que estava bem,mas em casa o problema persistia até hj.
Já não sei mas oq fazer e eles não conseguem resolver o caso do meu Dog .
Aguardo o mas rápido possível uma solução pois nem me respondem mas .
Well I come here outraged at the situation I'm having after sales.
I bought a Siberian Husk puppy with Love Doggy, because he came with a very loose intestine, I got in touch and was attended to and they told me that he would have that environment adaptation ok.
He was weaned on formula food and was told that if I didn't find it or for something else I might be buying a premium puppy food.
Well I looked and didn't find it and bought the Premier, because it must have been adapted for more than 1 week and the problem persisted.
I passed the case again and they asked to go to the clinic, the first step asked to give probiotic, so I already gave it to him.
Because the problem still persisted, I spoke to the Dr and she asked to take him to the office. We took him and she gave him antibiotics. Well, 1 week and the problem persisted.
So the Dr asked to take him again, where we took him and he did a stool test and gave Giardia.ok
We treated it and the problem persisted. I left him at the clinic for 4 days to do other tests, because the Dr said he was fine, but at home the problem persisted until today.
I don't know what to do anymore and they can't solve my Dog's case.
I'm waiting for a solution as soon as possible because they don't even respond to me.
