★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma Jaqueta, o atendimento foi precário, mas resolvi relevar e ainda assim realizar a compra, pois imaginei q poderiam estar sobrecarregados de pedidos on line, já que o comércio estava fechado devido a Pandemia, finalizei a compra, e hoje recebi a Jaqueta e a mesma chegou com a personalização totalmente diferente do que pediu, o que me leva a perceber o nível de desatenção da pessoa q me atendeu pois na conversa do whatsapp eu fui muito clara no que eu queria! Enfim... Agora vou aguardar a solução da loja!
I bought a Jacket, the service was precarious, but I decided to disregard and still make the purchase, as I imagined that they could be overloaded with online orders, since the store was closed due to Pandemic, I finalized the purchase, and today I received the Jacket and it arrived with a totally different personalization than what you asked for, which leads me to realize the level of inattention of the person who attended me because in the whatsapp conversation I was very clear in what I wanted! Anyway ... Now I will wait for the store's solution!
