A parceria deles com a empresa de taxi é fantástica, em menos de 15 minutos do desembarque no Porto de Santos já estava retirando meu veículo no LPark! Recomendo.
 Excellent experience! Staff grade 10, super helpful, polite and efficient. Everything perfect from our arrival until the check out today! Their partnership with the taxi company is fantastic, within 15 minutes of landing in the Port of Santos was already removing my vehicle at LPark! I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já usei o estacionamento por ocasião de um Cruzeiro e neste feriado de finados. Tem um atendimento de primeira. Funcionários simpáticos e responsáveis. Recomendo para quem for fazer Cruzeiros, agora que voltarão.
I have already used the parking lot on a cruise and on this holiday for the departed. It has a first class service. Friendly and responsible staff. I recommend it to anyone going on cruises, now that they'll be back.

Chegamos lá e quebraram a mala, e no caixa não fomos informado sobre os táxis, pois na ida foi de van e na volta n fomos informado q era apenas 1 por carro, sendo q estávamos em 5 no carro e o táxi cabe apenas 4 pessoas !!!! Tem uma funcionária lá ou dona não sei, que foi uma sem educação, mal educada, péssima profissional, estrago o lugar, e nunca mais vamos voltar lá, pela própria, nojenta tem q aprender a como ser uma profissional !!!
Terrible !!! We got there and the suitcase was broken, and at the cashier we were not informed about the taxis, as on the way there was a van and on the way back we were informed that there was only 1 per car, being that there were 5 in the car and the taxi fits only 4 people !!!! There's an employee there or an owner I don't know, who was uneducated, rude, terrible professional, I ruined the place, and we'll never go back there, by herself, disgusting, you have to learn how to be a professional !!!

Com certeza nas próximas viagens estarei dando preferência para LPark.
Congratulations to the parking team. We did a cruise, the trajectory was very fast and so was the service. On the way we went by van and on the way back we took a taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estacionamos várias vezes neste local e em todas tivemos uma ótima recepção, os meninos que trabalham recebendo os carros, retirando as bagagens são super atenciosos. No entanto, HOJE tivemos uma ENORME decepção. Chegamos no estacionamento com dois carros e em nove pessoas, fomos informados que iríamos para o Porto com uma van e na volta teríamos que pegar táxi na plataforma 1 e que o mesmo seria pago pelo estacionamento. Só não foi informado que o terceiro táxi (pois 2 táxis não transportam 9 pessoas) deveria ser pago por nós. Fui questionar o estacionamento e a recepcionista me recebeu muito estressada, mal educada, gritando falando que a informação estava no site. EU NÃO COMPREI AS DIÁRIAS PELO SITE. A obrigação era do estacionamento nos informar no momento do pagamento.
Fica minha indignação pela falta de respeito com o cliente, esta “MENINA” deve ser melhor treinada, instruída, pois a partir do momento que falei que não voltaria mais, ela simplesmente falou “TUDO BEM”.
We have already parked at this location several times and in all of them we had a great reception, the boys who work receiving the cars and removing the luggage are super attentive. However, TODAY we had a HUGE disappointment. We arrived at the parking lot with two cars and nine people, we were informed that we would go to Porto with a van and on the way back we would have to take a taxi on platform 1 and that the same would be paid for the parking. It was just not informed that the third taxi (since 2 taxis do not transport 9 people) should be paid by us. I went to question the parking lot and the receptionist received me very stressed, rude, yelling that the information was on the website. I DIDN'T BUY THE DAILY RATE ON THE SITE. The obligation was for the parking lot to inform us at the time of payment.
My indignation remains at the lack of respect for the customer, this "GIRL" must be better trained, instructed, because from the moment I said I would not come back, she simply said "ALL WELL".

Local coberto, com manobrista e na volta do porto meu carro estava em local acessível. Serviço 5 estrelas.
Prompt service by phone. I was very well attended, from the first call, information, doubts, my arrival at the place. All the staff, very friendly, ready to guide me through the procedures until my return.
Covered place, with valet and on the way back from the port my car was in an accessible place. 5 star service.
