★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um cruzeiro em Dezembro/2021 (Costa Diadema),fui muito bem atendido pelo Sr. Marcelo e funcionários,onde me deu todo suporte de translado até o Porto,super indico esta empresa, são honestos,pontuais e cuidadosos com o veículo.
Ganharam um cliente e um amigo, só tenho a agradecer.
I took a cruise in December/2021 (Costa Diadema), I was very well attended by Mr. Marcelo and employees, where he gave me all the support for the transfer to Porto, I highly recommend this company, they are honest, punctual and careful with the vehicle.
They gained a client and a friend, I just have to say thank you.

Pude levar a chave do veículo comigo, serviço de translado a disposição no momento que eu cheguei sem ter que esperar outros viajantes. Tive o cancelamento do meu Cruzeiro no momento do embarque e de todos os transtornos que tive , realizaram a devolução do valor pago sem nenhum problema, por pix imediato.
Excellent structure, great service, easy to hire. I was able to take the vehicle key with me, transfer service available when I arrived without having to wait for other travelers. I had my Cruise canceled at the time of boarding and after all the inconvenience I had, the amount paid was refunded without any problem, per pix immediately.

Tudo é muito bem planejado, com traslado incluso, estacionamento coberto, há cadastro prévio do estado do veículo, quilometragem e objetos interiores. Todos os funcionários são atenciosos e o responsável, Marcelo, é uma pessoa extremamente simpática, atenciosa e honesta. Além de todas as orientações e ajuda, no meu caso, houve um imprevisto com o navio e o Marcelo devolveu imediatamente as diárias que não utilizei, mesmo já tendo fechado e pago período mais longo. Ele compreendeu o imprevisto e se dispôs a resolver o problema da forma mais rápida possível. Recomendo a todos e fiquem tranquilos para realizarem sua viagem.
