Terrible professionalism, they do not meet deadlines and prices are much higher than the market average. I would not recommend and would never go there again.

Hoje usei para realizar um teste de PCR, mas me decepcionei com a estrutura criada para atender e realizar o teste, até o espaço que supostamente disponibilizaram quando cheguei estava com carros estacionados.
Tive que encostar o carro do lado da rua para ter o atendimento.
Chamam de drive, mas conta uma pessoa para fazer todo atendimento, desde a recepção do cliente a realização do exame, a funcionária cada atendimento sobe e desce as escadas que tem acesso ao laboratório, para levar documentação, pegar autorização do plano etc
Para não sairmos tão decepcionados com a LPC da unidade Barra contamos com o profissionalismo de Jaqueline Barros, muito solícita no atendimento.

Today I used it to perform a PCR test, but I was disappointed with the structure created to attend and carry out the test, even the space that they supposedly made available when I arrived had parked cars.
I had to pull over the car on the side of the street to get the service.
They call it a drive, but they have a person to do all the service, from the customer's reception to the exam, the employee each service goes up and down the stairs that have access to the laboratory, to take documentation, get authorization from the plan, etc.
In order not to be so disappointed with the LPC at the Barra unit, we rely on the professionalism of Jaqueline Barros, who is very helpful in customer service.
