★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento desta clínica é uma porcaria. Meu cachorro estava sofrendo muito com convulsões e espasmos às 23 hs do dia 28/11 , entrei em contato e pergunto se a clínica dispõe de atendimento domiciliar. Pedi ajuda no aconselhamento no que deveria fazer, se poderia ir buscar o profissional ( com medo de deslocar o meu cachorro da forma incorreta e piorar o quadro. O funcionário chamado Bruno, sem um pingo de atenção, educação e solidariedade ao meu momento diz que não. Pergunto se tem alguém ou conhece quem realize esse serviço simplesmente diz que não e desliga o telefone "na minha cara". Parabéns pelo atendimento !!! Estarei repassando esse atendimento especial e exaltar a preocupação que uma clínica veterinária tem com os seus clientes numa situação desta !!!
Caso ainda não tenham tomado o conhecimento da produndidade da relação entre o animal e seu dono, acho melhor procurarem outra atividade.
Agora é tarde... consegui uma clínica que me prestou o socorro como deve ser feito, com atenção, emoção e muito profissionalismo. Mas a hora dele chegou... Faleceu com muitos cuidados e confortável numa clínica que te deu uma dignidade no seu ultimo dia de vida. O que essa clínica, chamada de Planeta Animal não teve em momento algum... faltou tudo...competência, vontade, solidariedade e muito menos PROFISSIONALISMO pra fazer. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM.
The care of this clinic sucks. My dog was suffering a lot from seizures and spasms at 11 pm on 11/28, I contacted and asked if the clinic has home care. I asked for help in counseling on what to do, if I could go get the professional (afraid to misplace my dog and make the situation worse. The employee named Bruno, without a shred of attention, education and solidarity at my moment says that No. I wonder if anyone or know who performs this service simply says no and hangs up the phone "in my face" Congratulations for the service !!! I will be passing this special service and extoll the concern that a veterinary clinic has with its customers in a situation like this !!!
If you have not yet become aware of the depth of the relationship between the animal and its owner, I think it is best to look for another activity.
Now it's late ... I got a clinic that gave me the help as it should be done, with attention, emotion and a lot of professionalism. But his time has come ... He died very carefully and comfortably in a clinic that gave you dignity on your last day of life. What this clinic, called Animal Planet did not have at any time ... lacked everything ... competence, will, solidarity and much less professionalism to do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica mais cara de Salvador e com atendimento péssimo!!! Não recomendo pra ninguém.... Ontem à noite meu esposo ligou pra saber um orçamento de internamento pra meu gatinho a veterinária que atendeu a ligação, Dra Cláudia , totalmente perdida, não sabia informar nada direito e ainda queria empurrar outras coisas que não haviam sido solicitado. Não recomendo.
Most expensive clinic in Salvador and with poor service !!! I do not recommend it to anybody .... Last night my husband called to know a hospitalization budget for my kitten the veterinarian who answered the call, Dr. Claudia, totally lost, did not know to inform anything right and still wanted to push other things that had not been requested. I do not recommend.

Apesar de ter ligado para me informar sobre o movimento da clínica (pode vir que está tranquilo), era uma simples vacina, não acho justo esperar tanto tempo. Com tanto estagiário precisando de uma vaga de trabalho, sinceramente não justifica ter que esperar sem ao menos ser informado do tempo de espera aproximado. Não recomendo!
Neither deserves 1 star!
Despite having called to inform me about the clinic's movement (it may be okay), it was a simple vaccine, I don't think it's fair to wait that long. With so many interns needing a job vacancy, it honestly does not justify having to wait without even being informed of the approximate waiting time. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não houve o menor cuidado com meu animal recém operado no banho. Meu cachorro tomou pavor ao lugar. Acho que há algo de muito errado na forma que eles tratam os bichinhos, não leve seu animal.
There was not the slightest care with my recently operated animal in the bath. My dog was terrified of the place. I think there is something very wrong with the way they treat the pets, don't take your pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Não houve o menor cuidado com meu cachorro no momento da tosa e do banho. Meu cachorro tomou pavor ao lugar. Acho que há algo de muito errado na forma que eles tratam os bichinhos, não leve seu animal. Fiquei observando, era um rapaz que estava fazendo o serviço, o tempo inteiro de cara fechada e falando de maneira grosseira com o meu cachorro, quando peguei ele estava tremendo!! Unidade do imbui, revejam quem é essa pessoa que fica responsável pelo banho e tosa dos animais. Quanto a veterinária, excelente.
Awful!!! There was not the slightest care with my dog when grooming and bathing. My dog was terrified of the place. I think there is something very wrong with the way they treat the pets, don't take your pet. I was watching, it was a guy who was doing the work, the whole time with a frown and talking rudely to my dog, when I picked him up he was shaking!! Imbui unit, review who this person is responsible for bathing and grooming the animals. As for the vet, excellent.
