★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tenho uma doceria e chamei a empresa para vir fazer as medidas de uma fachada de acetato, marcamos para 26/01 às 10:00 horas, já era 10:20 e a moça me disse que houve um atraso em outra visita e viria para aonde eu precisava direto, às 11:45 eu chamei novamente pois não podia esperar mais, e ela disse que o moço foi a outro lugar direto pois havia urgência e perguntou se poderia vir de tarde, disse que sim, mas fiquei até por volta das 14:00 esperando ela passar o horário e não tive respostas, trabalho com confeitaria e sempre atendo meus clientes com horário correto, mas não tive isso da empresa, espero que com outras pessoas haja qualidades.
I have a candy store and I called the company to come and do the measurements of an acetate facade, we scheduled for 01/26 at 10:00 am, it was already 10:20 am and the girl told me that there was a delay in another visit and she would come to where I needed it straight, at 11:45 I called again because I couldn't wait any longer, and she said that the guy went to another place straight away because there was urgency and asked if he could come in the afternoon, I said yes, but I stayed until around 14:00 waiting for her to pass the time and I had no answers, I work with a bakery and I always serve my customers with the correct time, but I didn't have that from the company, I hope that with other people there are qualities.
