★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tentando atendimento no WhatsApp, sem sucesso; ligo, e fica num ping pong e perguntam com quem quer falar... E-mail então, fica no mesmo limbo no WhatsApp.
Uma pena... um simples serviço de carimbo, vira uma saga sem fim.
Infelizmente, terei que procurar um novo fornecedor...
 trying to service on WhatsApp, without success; I call, and stay in a ping pong and ask who wants to talk... E-mail then, you are in the same limbo on WhatsApp.
A pity... a simple stamp service turns into an endless saga.
Unfortunately, I will have to look for a new supplier...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja é bom e o prazo de entrega foi cumprido.
Mas no meu caso, não passaram orçamento quando combinado e não responderam o WhatsApp por mais de uma vez (não há telefone para contato) infelizmente.
The service at the store is good and the delivery deadline was met.
But in my case, they didn't budget when agreed and they didn't answer WhatsApp more than once (there is no contact phone number) unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente é uma das melhores papelarias em quesito de diversidade de produtos,sempre imprimo as coisas lá por não encontrar essa diversidade em outro lugar mas o atendimento não é bom,as funcionárias discutindo na frente dos clientes,a moça que me atendeu parecia não dar a mínima pra mim enquanto eu explicava como eu queria imprimir,sei que são todos mt jovens mas melhorem o atendimento de vcs pois é um lugar que tem chances para crescer só oq estraga é a má educação das funcionárias.
It really is one of the best stationery stores in terms of product diversity, I always print things there because I can't find this diversity elsewhere but the service is not good, the employees discussing in front of the customers, the girl who attended me didn't seem to give the minimum for me while I explained how I wanted to print, I know they are all very young but improve the service for you guys because it is a place that has chances to grow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca tive problema com nada que comprei, ou mandei fazer, mas o atendimento nunca foi dos melhores. as vezes deixei de ir pq sabia a seria mal atendida :/ tem algumas coisas q sao mto caras tbm, mas acabo pagando pq é o único lugar mais próximo da minha casa. felizmente hj fui até lá c alguns amgs, e fomos muito bem atendidos por um homem de camisa verde fluorescente, nunca tinha visto ele lá, acho q o restante dos funcionários deveriam seguir o exemplo :)
I've never had a problem with anything I've bought, or ordered, but the service has never been the best. sometimes I stopped going because I knew I would be poorly attended :/ there are some things that are very expensive too, but I end up paying because it's the only place closest to my house. luckily I went there today with some amgs, and we were very well attended by a man in a fluorescent green shirt, I had never seen him there, I think the rest of the employees should follow suit :)
