★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, completamente incompetentes. Não consertaram meu aparelho, ainda queriam me devolver com outro problema. E se recusaram emitir nota fiscal. E ainda alegaram q ordem de serviço e nota fiscal... Devem desconhecer o que é crime contra ordem tributária....
Horrible, completely incompetent. They didn't fix my device, they still wanted to return it to me with another problem. And they refused to issue an invoice. And they even claimed q service order and invoice ... They must not know what is a crime against tax order ....

Celular ficou com luz vazando em volta da tela, quando tocava a tela escurecia o local, apresentou "N" problemas.
Fui lá resolver, enfim o problema era do meu celular,segundo a atendente muito sem educação.
Para ter meu dinheiro de volta solicitei que retirassem a Tela do aparelho, já que estavam me cobrando outra tela caso fosse trocar ( parece piada,mas não é).
Tive que falar que até polícia ia chamar,enfim nota zero pelo respeito ao cliente,ao dinheiro das pessoas,e ao atendimento.
I asked to change my cell phone screen, imagine a headache in exchange for a service, if you want to go there!
Cell phone was with light leaking around the screen, when I touched the screen it darkened the place, presented "N" problems.
I went there to solve it, the problem was with my cell phone, according to the attendant, very uneducated.
To get my money back, I asked them to remove the screen from the device, as they were charging me for another screen if I was going to change it (it sounds like a joke, but it isn't).
I had to say that even the police were going to call, finally a zero score for respecting the customer, people's money, and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo.... recusaram a garantia do cliente q filmou.... depois tentaram enrolar com exemplos de medicina.... logo com a reportagem da ronda do consumidor.... resultado: está na internet ,e todo mundo está vendo a falta de preparo.
