Ja enviei emails e sem resposta.
Mais do que isto, a página do site esta fora e o telefone, nao atende.
Ou faliu ou não estão nem aí para o consumidor, me sinto enganado !

Caros - atualizaçao desta tarde.
Finalmente responderam ao email e já haviam postado os livros a uma semana atrás (!), mas o site de nada serviu para trazer esta informação.
Graças a Deus não faliram.
Expensive. I bought books two weeks ago, paid but did not receive any expectation of delivery, tracking code, nothing.
I have already sent emails and no reply.
More than that, the website page is out and the phone does not answer.
Either it went bankrupt or they don't care about the consumer, I feel cheated!

Dear - update this afternoon.
Finally they responded to the email and had already posted the books a week ago (!), But the website was of no use to bring this information.
Thank goodness they didn't fail.

Já tentei falar pelo chat do site, telefonar, mandar e-mail e nada... - e isso porque quero uma informação simples, o código de rastreamento da minha encomenda. A pandemia não é justificativa plausível, pois os meios de contato tentados são virtuais e, ainda assim, nenhum resultou em êxito. Para uma editora desse porte, não dispor de um canal de atendimento sequer é complicado.
Edit: fui respondido pelo e-mail [email protected]. Aos demais que estiverem com o mesmo problema, sugiro que sigam diretamente por esse meio de comunicação. Agradeço à resposta da editora e sugiro que verifiquem as outras formas de contato, para facilitar o diálogo com os consumidores.
I share the same problem as the colleague below. I cannot contact the publisher in any way. I have tried to speak on the site chat, call, send e-mail and nothing ... - this is because I want simple information, the tracking code of my order. The pandemic is not a plausible justification, since the means of contact attempted are virtual and, even so, none resulted in success. For a publisher of this size, not having a service channel is even complicated.
Edit: I was answered by the email [email protected]. To others who are having the same problem, I suggest that they go directly by this means of communication. I am grateful for the publisher's response and I suggest that they check the other forms of contact, to facilitate the dialogue with consumers.
