Deixei o carro para uma ducha, estacionaram meu carro na rua pela lotação do estacionamento e carros para lavar, quando voltei pra buscar o carro, ainda me cobraram pelo tempo estacionado depois da ducha - impossível de saber quando o carro foi, de fato, lavado, quando saiu da rua para o estacionamento e sem NENHUMA indicação ou informação de que poderia haver cobrança de estacionamento quando deixado para lavar. Absurdo, falta de respeito com o cliente. Não volto mais.
 Poor experience. I left the car for a shower, parked my car on the street by the parking lot and cars to wash, when I returned to get the car, still charged me for the time parked after the shower - impossible to know when the car was actually washed When we walked off the street to the parking lot and with NO indication or information that there could be parking charges when left to wash. Absurd, lack of respect for the customer. I won't be back anymore.
