I already took my dog I really liked the service but WhatsApp is a denial I sent a message yesterday wanting to know the value of an object and I have not been answered until now lack of respect with the customer always a delay to answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei banho e tosa na máquina e fui informada que o valor seria ‘X’ já com a taxa do Taxi, confirmei o valor e estava tudo ok, até que no horário combinado para buscar buscar o Dog o rapaz aumentou o valor dizendo ter esquecido uma taxa. Achei um desrespeito uma vez que falei oq eu queria e ele já tinha cobrado o valor. Tenho 2 pet’s e me perdeu como cliente. Não indico empresas que tratam o cliente dessa forma.
I booked a bath and grooming at the machine and I was informed that the value would be 'X' already with the Taxi fee, I confirmed the value and everything was ok, until at the agreed time to pick up the Dog the boy increased the value saying he forgot one rate. I found it disrespectful once I said what I wanted and he had already charged the amount. I have 2 pets and lost me as a customer. I do not recommend companies that treat customers in this way.

O veterinário foi atencioso e solicito. Todas as vezes que voltamos para o banho do nosso pet o veterinário fez questão de olhar como ele estava. Os preços são bons e sinos há pacotes interessantes. Recomendamos.
The service is very good and there is a good variety of products. We were well taken care of and our pet was correctly diagnosed by the vet. The place is clean and quiet. The vet was attentive and helpful. Every time we went back to bathe our pet, the vet made sure to check on him. The prices are good and bells there are interesting packages. We recommend.
