★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pintura do meu carro ficou com bolhas na pintura depois de uma espera muito grande, e ficaram de fazer uma entrega de uma peça faltante do meu veículo que até hoje nem satisfação deram, ainda bem que o veículo já estava vendido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, em 2015 eles reformaram meu carro, tive que levar o carro lá umas 4 vezes porque nunca ficava bom e mesmo assim eu mesmo tive que terminar alguns detalhes. Em 2018 fiz o laudo cautelar para vender o veículo e o mesmo foi reprovado pelo conserto mau executado em 2015.
Terribly, in 2015 they renovated my car, I had to take the car there 4 times because it never looked good and even then I had to finish some details myself. In 2018 I made the precautionary report to sell the vehicle and it was disapproved for the bad repair performed in 2015.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá venho deixar a minha indignação por ter deixado meu carro nessa oficina...primeiro deixaram o cliente sem informação...depois não fizeram o serviço direito, muito tempo na devolução...pediram pra mim tirar o carro porque não tinha espaço... Se não tem espaço não se recebe novos carros...levei o carro denovo, e depois de quase 1 mes, nem mexeram no carro...não fizeram o serviço...não indico... e seguradoras e melhor excluírem essa oficina da sua lista...não indico... Pelo valor que foi pago ao CNPJ e quase um golpe...fica o alerta!!!
Hello, I'm here to leave my indignation for leaving my car in this workshop ... first they left the customer without information ... then they didn't do the job properly, a long time in the return ... they asked me to take the car out because there was no space. .. If you don’t have space you don’t get new cars ... I took the car again, and after almost 1 month, they didn’t even move the car… they didn’t do the job… I don’t recommend… and insurance companies and better exclude this workshop on your list ... I do not indicate ... For the amount that was paid to CNPJ and almost a blow ... stay alert !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro sofreu acidente em 27/10/2017. No mesmo dia, levei o carro para esta oficina consertar através da Porto Seguro. Dezesseis dias depois, ainda estavam solicitando peças para a seguradora. Depois de ei reclamar muito da demora, marcaram três datas para entrega do carro e não cumpriram nenhuma data. Vinte dias depois, me ligaram dizendo que excepcionalmente fariam uma entrega aos sábados. Disseram-me por telefone para pegar meu carro em 18/11/2017 às 8:00 h e não adiantaria telefonar para confirmar, pois ninguém atenderia ao telefone. Pararam de atender minhas ligações, como se tivessem moral para isto (telefonista Gabriela). Retirei meu carro no sábado e tive que voltar na terça-feira para colocar peças de acabamento e ainda ficaram devendo mais uma peça que chegou em 27/11/2017, ou seja, um mês depois que deixei o carro naquela oficina. O serviço ficou bom. Se você não tem pressa e não sente falta do carro, é uma opção.
My car had an accident on 10/27/2017. On the same day, I took the car to this repair shop to repair it through Porto Seguro. Sixteen days later, they were still ordering parts from the insurance company. After I complained a lot about the delay, they set three dates for delivery of the car and did not meet any dates. Twenty days later, they called me saying they would exceptionally deliver on Saturdays. I was told by phone to pick up my car on 11/18/2017 at 8:00 am and it would not do to call to confirm, as no one would answer the phone. They stopped taking my calls, as if they had the moral for this (telephone operator Gabriela). I removed my car on Saturday and had to return on Tuesday to put finishing pieces and they still owed another piece that arrived on 11/27/2017, that is, a month after I left the car in that workshop. The service was good. If you're in no hurry and don't miss the car, it's an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A todos que olham meus posts sabem que gosto de ser justo e honesto em minhas avaliações. Porém não posso deixar de alertar todos que utilizam o serviço dessa oficina, ficarem bem atentos quanto a peças que estão sendo colocadas em seus carros, só descobrimos a FRAUDE, pois tivemos um incidente na mesma peça que foi trocada pelos mesmos.
Fiquem atentos para não pagarem lebre e lavarem gato.

However, I cannot fail to warn everyone who uses the service of this workshop, to be very attentive as to the parts that are being placed in their cars, we only discovered FRAUD, because we had an incident in the same part that was exchanged for them.
Be careful not to pay hare and wash cats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu já fiz a funilaria do meu carro a quatro anos atrás e o serviço ficou muito bom, por isso eu decidi deixar o carro novamente, só que dessa vez foi por acionamento da seguradora de terceiro, o vistoriador fez a vistoria no carro e ficou acordado de trocar algumas peças, porém na entrega do carro ficou claro que as peças não haviam sido trocadas conforme conversado com o historiador, as peças haviam sido reparadas, como um buraco no pára-choque, hastes dos faróis (que todos nós sabemos que haste de farol reparada não dura por muito tempo) emblema da GM colocado de ponta cabeça, deixei o carro novamente, e tive que ligar na seguradora e registrar uma reclamação do serviço, só assim trocaram as peças e o serviço ficou ok. O dono, Sr Carlos, nem se manifestou na entrega, porém quando eu o questionei sobre as peças reparadas ele disse que teria que ele tinha trocado, e tive que provar pra ele a reparação das mesmas. Os funcionários são gente fina porém parecem que não trabalham na mesma empresa, pois cada um tem uma informação diferente. Por essas e outras não recomendo o serviço, se fosse a 4 anos atrás eu recomendaria, espero que com essa avaliação e as avaliações mais recentes, comecem a melhorar no serviço e no atendimento!
I already did the body shop on my car four years ago and the service was very good, so I decided to leave the car again, only this time it was due to a third-party insurance company, the inspector inspected the car and stayed awake to change some parts, but upon delivery of the car it was clear that the parts had not been replaced as talked to the historian, the parts had been repaired, such as a hole in the bumper, headlight rods (which we all know that repaired headlight doesn't last long) GM emblem placed upside down, I left the car again, and had to call the insurance company and file a service claim, just like that they replaced the parts and the service was ok. The owner, Mr Carlos, didn't even manifest on the delivery, but when I questioned him about the repaired parts he said I would have had them replaced, and I had to prove to him the repairs. The employees are fine people but they seem to work in the same company, as each one has different information. For these and others I don't recommend the service, if it was 4 years ago I would recommend it, I hope that with this review and the most recent reviews, they start to improve service and service!
