★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 5 cadeiras e disse que iria retirar, o Fernando me passou um endereço, por sinal a numeração é diferente do que está no google. A pessoa foi retirar no endereço informado e disseram que lá não tinha nenhum Fernando e não sabiam nada sobre venda de mesas, perguntei para ele se o endereço estava correto onde houve a confirmação que sim. Avisei que a pessoa estava no local para retirar e o Fernando não se encontrava no local, mandei mensagem e o mesmo informou que estava longe. No outro dia enviei mensagem e fiquei sem resposta.
I bought 5 chairs and said I would withdraw, Fernando gave me an address, by the way the numbering is different from what is on google. The person went to check in at the address informed and they said that there was no Fernando there and they knew nothing about selling tables, I asked him if the address was correct where there was the confirmation that yes. I warned that the person was in the place to withdraw and Fernando was not there, I sent a message and he said that he was far away. The other day I sent a message and I was left without an answer.

1 - Primeiro enviei um e-mail solicitando um orçamento de cadeiras- respondeu quase imediatamente, passando valor das cadeiras e do frete.
2 - Enviei uma ordem de compra - respondeu quase imediatamente e marcou data de entrega dia 06/07/2017
3- Dia 06 /07/2017 deixei 2 pessoas revezando durante todo o dia esperando a entrega - a entrega não aconteceu.
4 - No dia seguinte dia 07/07/2017 - enviei novamente um e-mail cobrando a entrega das cadeiras, foi quando me pediu para adiciona-lo no Watt'sapp.
5- Apartir dai a conversa continuou via zap, passou o dia 07/07/2017 não entregou, por volta de 20h00 do dia 07/07/2017 - enviou um zap informando que estava fazendo o carregamento para fazer a entrega, como não tinha ninguém no local solicitei que a entrega fosse realizada na terça feira dia 11/07/2017 até as 11h00
5- Na segunda feira dia 10/07/2017 solicitei a confirmação da entrega para a terça feira - a pessoa do outro lado já não sabia mais a quantidade e o endereço em que deveria entregar o meu pedido e queria que fizesse o pedido novamente. questionei a atitude dele, tive a seguinte resposta dele "acha que tem empregado, vai comprar em outro lugar" e me bloqueou. Isso é porque estava insistindo para fazer a compra das mãos dele. O que você acha? Se com todos os clientes for assim mundo assim vai longe...! tenho todas as mensagens de e-mail e zap guardadas. G. My experience was frustrating;
1 - First I sent an email requesting a budget for chairs - replied almost immediately, passing the value of the chairs and freight.
2 - I sent a purchase order - replied almost immediately and set a delivery date on 06/07/2017
3- Day 07/07/2017 I left 2 people taking turns waiting all day for delivery - delivery did not happen.
4 - The next day 07/07/2017 - I sent an email again demanding the delivery of the chairs, that's when he asked me to add it on Watt'sapp.
5- From there the conversation continued via zap, passed 07/07/2017 did not deliver, around 8:00 pm on 07/07/2017 - sent a zap informing that he was doing the loading to make the delivery, as he had not no one on site asked for delivery to be made on Tuesday 11/07/2017 until 11am
5- On Monday, July 10, 2017, I asked for confirmation of delivery for Tuesday - the person on the other side no longer knew the quantity and address at which I should deliver my order and wanted me to place the order again. I questioned his attitude, I had the following response from him "think you have an employee, go buy somewhere else" and blocked me. That's because I was insisting on buying his hands.
