★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO! Comprei uma cama box com baú e até agora não recebi meu produto. Entrega super atrasada e pior sem feedback algum...todos os canais possíveis já tentei acionar e nada! Não retornam! Incompetentes. Estou solicitando o dinheiro de volta p poder comprar outra , mas sequer atendem de alguma forma!!!
 I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I bought a box bed with trunk and so far I have not received my product. Super late delivery and worse without any feedback...every possible channel I've tried to activate and nothing! Do not return! incompetent. I'm asking for the money back so I can buy another one, but they don't even answer in any way!!!

Primeiro que não sei de onde vem comentários que a Moovelog é rápida, só pode ser comentário de amigos. Não tem nada de rápido, não funciona o código de rastreio e basta olhar no reclame aqui que atrasam todas as entregas.
Meu pedido não chegou no prazo, não houve contato algum da loja ou transportadora, como disse o rastreio não funciona. Péssima experiência.
Ocorrer um ou outro atraso é aceitável mas a quantidade de atrasos deportados em sites não é aceitável.
Prazos são para serem cumpridos.

If I had seen the reviews before, I would not have made the purchase.
First, I don't know where comments that Moovelog is fast come from, it can only be comments from friends. There's nothing fast, the tracking code doesn't work and just look at the advertisement here that all deliveries are delayed.
My order did not arrive on time, there was no contact from the store or carrier, as I said the tracking does not work. Bad experience.
Occasional delays are acceptable but the amount of delays deported to sites is not acceptable.
Deadlines are to be met.

Não conseguia contato com ninguém e ninguém sabia me responder onde o produto que eu comprei estava (estava atrasado já há alguns dias).
Porém entrei em contato pelo Instagram e falei com a Audrey que me atendeu de forma excelente, me prestou todo suporte necessário e no mesmo momento conseguiu fazer a entrega do meu produto.
Acredito que o desgaste poderia ter sido evitado se a primeira pessoa que me atendeu tivesse a boa vontade e o compromisso com o cliente que a Audrey teve.
At first I had a bad experience with the company and all the service provided.
I couldn't get in touch with anyone and no one could answer me where the product I bought was (it was late for a few days).
However, I got in touch via Instagram and spoke to Audrey who served me in an excellent way, provided me with all the necessary support and at the same time managed to deliver my product.
I believe the wear and tear could have been avoided if the first person who served me had the goodwill and commitment to the customer that Audrey had.

Confesso que fiquei com muito medo pelos os comentários, mas a cama chegou dia 17/01 com tudo certinho e os entregadores ainda entregou dentro do apartamento 6 andar e ainda me explicou sobre a montagem. Adorei foi tudo perfeito.
Good morning, I made the purchase of a bed by Casa Bahia, on the 12/01. With delivery until the 21/01. I confess that I was very scared by the comments, but the bed arrived on the 17/01th with everything right and the delivery guys still delivered it inside the 6th floor apartment and even explained to me about the assembly. I loved it, everything was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui expressar minha completa satisfação com a loja Lucas Home. Nao conhecia a loja, mas pelo custo benefício decidi comprar com eles do que na própria loja da marca do colchão. Fiz o pedido de uma colchão Queen e uma box no dia 01/02/2022 e hoje entregaram meu pedido. Confesso que tive receio após efetuar minha compra, pelos comentários insatisfatórios. Então entrei em contato com eles e fui respondida normalmente e está tudo certo com minha compra. A entrega estava prevista para o dia 22/02 e chegou hoje, dia 11/02. Muito satisfeita. Obrigada, Lucas Home Center !!!
I come here to express my complete satisfaction with Lucas Home store. I didn't know the store, but for the cost benefit I decided to buy from them rather than at the mattress brand store. I ordered a Queen mattress and a box on 02/01/2022 and today they delivered my order. I confess that I was apprehensive after making my purchase, due to the unsatisfactory reviews. So I contacted them and I was answered normally and everything is fine with my purchase. Delivery was scheduled for 22/02 and arrived today, 11/02. Very satisfied. Thank you, Lucas Home Center !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma Cama box baú casal da Lucas Home, mas foi através de uma loja parceira, recebi em perfeito estado, material ótimo, tendo em vista que a primeira experiência foi boa, resolvi comprar dessa vez o box baú solteiro + colchão, dessa vez no site da Lucas Home, infelizmente o box veio com uma avaria "pequena" que só vi no dia seguinte a entrega. Entrei em contato com a loja, desde o início fui atendida pela RAFAELA, um pessoa doce, educada, pronta para resolver meu problema da melhor forma possível, solicitamos a troca do box por um novo, a troca ocorreu DENTRO DO PRAZO, sem NENHUM TIPO DE PROBLEMA OU CONTRATEMPO. Abri o box junto com o entregador, verificamos que estava tudo em perfeitas condições e o box avariado foi retirado. Nunca nenhuma loja resolveu tão rápido um problema. MINHA EXPERIÊNCIA COM A LUCAS HOME FOI MARAVILHOSA desde a primeira comprei. Quando precisar volto a comprar na loja. Obrigada Rafaela por ter sido tão prestativa no seu atendimento e na forma que conduziu tudo. INDICO DE OLHOS FECHADOS.
I bought a double trunk bed from Lucas Home, but it was through a partner store, I received it in perfect condition, great material, considering that the first experience was good, I decided to buy the single trunk box + mattress this time, this time in Lucas Home website, unfortunately the box came with a "small" fault that I only saw the day after delivery. I contacted the store, from the beginning I was attended by RAFAELA, a sweet, polite person, ready to solve my problem in the best possible way, we requested the exchange of the box for a new one, the exchange took place WITHIN THE DEADLINE, without ANY KIND OF PROBLEM OR CONTRACT. I opened the box together with the delivery man, we verified that everything was in perfect condition and the broken box was removed. No store has ever resolved a problem so quickly. MY EXPERIENCE WITH LUCAS HOME WAS WONDERFUL from the first purchase. When I need it, I'll buy it from the store again. Comprei duas camas box com baú pela plataforma da Casas Bahia e recebi tudo certinho. As camas são de qualidade e o atendimento prestado pela Amanda através do e-mail foi muito bom. Também deixo meu elogio para a entrega super rápida feita pela Moovelog e olha que moro em outro estado, um elogio à parte aos entregadores que foram super gente boa com a gente! Recomendo!
