 Responsible, punctual and the guides are friendly and fun. I did a catamaran on sheep, the buggy ride and the transfer, I loved it so much, especially the guide Daniel who was super smart and fun. I loved visiting the reef, I already miss it, this place is too beautiful ❤️?

Tive a oportunidade de fazer alguns passeios o primeiro foi para Maragogi com a Guia: Pollyana, Motorista: Genival , uma pessoa maravilhosa e motorista 10/10. Segundo passeio foi um City Tour de Recife e Olinda com Guia: Madson Motorista: Daniel e o Lucas braço direito do guia,foi um passeio maravilhoso, conhecemos muitas histórias, lugares,demos várias risadas. Sem falar da galera dos carros de apoio, os guias do transfer do aeroporto.Equipe Luck está de parabéns por ter profissionais como estes gratidão por vocês ????????????!!!
A first-rate team, a show-ball crowd, all service provided with lots of love and affection. I had the opportunity to do some tours, the first one was to Maragogi with Guide: Pollyana, Driver: Genival, a wonderful person and 10/10 driver. Second tour was a City Tour of Recife and Olinda with Guide: Madson Driver: Daniel and Lucas right hand of the guide, it was a wonderful tour, we knew many stories, places, we had several laughs. Not to mention the support car crew, the airport transfer guides. Team Luck is to be congratulated for having professionals like these, gratitude for you ????????????!!!

Agora em pandemia ainda só achei difícil comunicação em caso de cancelamento, eu tinha pensado melhor e falei não vou em ônibus ao passeio. Não consegui falar para cancelar, fui ao passeio e o motorista estava tossindo e espirrando. Graças a Deus não peguei nada, deu tudo certo. Ah fui de Recife a Porto de Galinhas 26/01/2022.
Very good, punctual, fulfills the promised and I always buy from them.
Now, in a pandemic, I still only found it difficult to communicate in case of cancellation, I had thought better and said I'm not going on the bus to the tour. Couldn't talk to cancel, I went to the ride and the driver was coughing and sneezing. Thank God I didn't catch anything, everything went well. Ah I went from Recife to Porto de Galinhas 26/01/2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou em Jaboatão dos Guararapes e havia agendado 4 passeios com a empresa. Fiz 3 passeios, os guias eram muito atenciosos. O problema é que atrasam pelo menos 40 minutos TODAS as vezes para virem nos buscar no hotel, sendo que todas as vezes já estávamos na recepção com pelo menos 10 minutos antes do horário combinado. E hoje 16/03/2022 que seria o 4• passeio, que estava agendado com saída as 08:00 para praia de Carneiros, já são 09:05 e ninguém apareceu para nós buscar, tentamos entrar em contato com a empresa e ninguém responde!!! Ônibus com odor desagradável também! Não indico!
- atualizando: empresa nos atendeu e disse que a guia havia se perdido na cidade Kkkkk total descaso com o cliente!!
I'm in Jaboatão dos Guararapes and I had scheduled 4 tours with the company. I did 3 tours, the guides were very attentive. The problem is that they are late at least 40 minutes EVERY time to pick us up at the hotel, and every time we were at the reception at least 10 minutes before the agreed time. And today 03/16/2022 that would be the 4 • tour, which was scheduled to leave at 08:00 for Carneiros beach, it is already 09:05 and no one showed up to pick us up, we tried to contact the company and no one responds !!! Bus with an unpleasant odor too! I do not recommend!
- Updating: company answered us and said that the guide had been lost in the city Kkkkk total disregard for the customer!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos o city tour em Recife e Olinda. O percurso é bem abrangente, que era o que a gente queria, e passa por vários pontos turísticos em um único dia. Infelizmente achei o tour bem superficial e foca mais em mostrar o que tem do que em explorar realmente a história e contar curiosidades do local. Entendo que muitos turistas gostam dessa visão mega superficial, mas não é o meu caso. Fiz tour com outra empresa para Cânion do Rio São Francisco e saí deslumbrada com a profundidade da história que contaram, então acho que o estilo da Luck não é o meu. Além disso, fomos em um ônibus lotado em meio a pandemia, o que já é um risco, sempre fechado por causa do ar, mas nem sempre as pessoas estavam de máscara lá dentro. Não me senti muito segura nesse ponto.
We did the city tour in Recife and Olinda. The route is very comprehensive, which was what we wanted, and goes through several tourist spots in a single day. Unfortunately, I thought the tour was very superficial and focused more on showing what's in it than on really exploring the history and telling facts about the place. I understand that many tourists like this super superficial view, but it is not my case. I toured with another company to Cânion do Rio São Francisco and came away dazzled by the depth of the story they told, so I think Luck's style is not mine. In addition, we went on a crowded bus in the middle of the pandemic, which is already a risk, always closed because of the air, but people were not always wearing masks inside. I didn't feel very safe at that point.

1 dia : praias litoral Norte. Pontuais, porém 1 hora e meia pegando clientes até efetivamente sair para o destino.no mais tudo dentro do previsto.
2 dia : Recife e Olinda. DECEPÇÃO.
Primeiro fomos ao passeio de catamara onde onde choveu, claro q não é culpa de ning,porém a estrutura do catamara apenas c um toldo molhando todo acento e levando os passageiros a fazerem o passeio em pe. Passeio pobre demais. Não recomendo fazer.
Segundo City tour em recife além das explicações sobre a história que não conseguimos praticamente ouvir pois havia um grupo de idosas q quando chegavam perto do guia ele já havia acabado a explicação. Fui até ele fazer a observação quanto as senhoras. Depois melhorou um pouco. Só visitam as embaixadas deixando de fora o paço do frevo, cais do sertão, rua dos amores e até mesmo uma feira q tem no marco zero. Isso tudo de fora. Ou seja as visitações se limitam a duas apenas.
Almoço opcional. Mais ou menos pq te deixam em um restaurante q não tem nada em volta obrigando q vc consuma ali mesmo sem opção de escolha de local para almoçar.
Terceiro: Olinda 1 hora apenas de visitação livre sem grandes explicações.
Resumo: NAO RECOMENDO ESSE PASSEIO.
3 dia: Porto de galinhas. Passeio dentro das expectativas. Ok
We did 3 tours.
1 day: North coast beaches. Punctual, but 1 hour and a half picking up clients before actually leaving for the destination.
2 day: Recife and Olinda. DISAPPOINTMENT.
First we went to the catamaran ride where it rained, of course it's not anyone's fault, but the structure of the catamaran only has an awning wetting every seat and leading passengers to take the ride on foot. Too poor ride. I don't recommend doing it.
Second City tour in Recife in addition to the explanations about the history that we could not practically hear because there was a group of elderly women who when they got close to the guide he had already finished the explanation. I went to him to make the observation about the ladies. Then it got a little better. They only visit the embassies leaving out the paço do frevo, cais do sertão, rua dos amores and even a fair that has at ground zero. This is all from the outside. In other words, visits are limited to only two.
Optional lunch. More or less because they leave you in a restaurant that has nothing around it, forcing you to eat right there with no option to choose a place to have lunch.
Third: Olinda 1 hour of free visitation only without much explanation.
Summary: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR.
3 day: Port of chickens. Ride within expectations. OK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz apenas um passeio com eles, o City Tour de velha Recife e Olinda. Passeio completo e nao foi aquela loucura de fazer td na correria. Foram pontuais, solícitos, educados e souberam passar as informações históricas de forma agradável e divertida.
O guia Bruno mandou bem demais do começo ao fim. Parabéns pelo serviço.
I did just one tour with them, the City Tour of old Recife and Olinda. Complete tour and it was not that madness of doing td in the rush. They were punctual, solicitous, polite and knew how to pass on historical information in a pleasant and fun way.
The guide Bruno did too well from beginning to end. Congratulations on the service.
