No dia seguinte como o tênis nao serviu voltamos para TROCAR aí ja viu.
Primeiramente ja houve um péssimo atendimento e informaram que só podia trocar o calçado por outro que estivesse na promoção ( O QUE NAO FOI AVISADO NA HORA DA COMPRA!)
Nao tinha nenhum tênis do numero da criança e depois da má vontade da vendedora e ainda ouvir um "AÍ MEU JESUS CRISTO" falaram com a supervisora e a mesma autorizou a troca
Estresse desnecessário! Nao avisaram que nao poderia trocar na hora da compra e houve um péssimo atendimento pós venda!
Vale uma reciclagem e um melhor treinamento das vendedoras.
Nao volto mais, obrigado!
We purchased a children's shoe that was on sale, we had excellent service.
The next day, as tennis did not fit, we went back to SWITCH and you saw it.
First, there was already a bad service and they informed that they could only change their shoes for one that was on sale (WHAT WAS NOT ADVISED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!)
There was no tennis shoes of the child's number and after the salesperson's ill will and still hearing an "AY MY JESUS CHRIST" they spoke with the supervisor and she authorized the exchange
Unnecessary stress! They did not warn me that I could not change it at the time of purchase and there was a terrible after sales service!
Worth a refresher and better training for salespeople.
I'm not coming back, thanks!
