★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento é dessa loja. Fica um menino assim sempre te medindo, e cochichando de você pela loja, um vendedor, segurança , não faço ideia do que seja. Você pergunta algo pra ele, ele fala que vai mandar a menina ir ver. Atendimento péssimo.
Worst service is this store. There's a boy like that always measuring you, and whispering about you around the store, a salesman, security, I have no idea what it is. You ask him something, he says he will send the girl to see. Lousy service.

Eles só fazem troca se for na mesma loja da compra.
Não trocam em nenhuma outra loja da rede!
Me desloquei até a loja da compra e não encontrei nada que eu gostasse. Vi um modelo no site e sugeri que eles podiam fazer o pedido pelo e-commerce e mandar entregar na minha casa, como tantas outras lojas fazem (Reserva, Hering, Shoulder, entre outras).
Também não fazem. E por fim, nada deu certo. Estou com o mico na mão.
