Ótimo para pessoas que vivem sozinhas ou casais. Fácil acesso em um bairro novo que tem vários bares e restaurantes. Tem padaria próximo ao condomínio. Gostei de ter conhecido.
Condominium located near the Cabral mall. It has a complete leisure structure and rooms for home office. The apartments are equipped with Internet, water and piped gas. Great for people living alone or couples. Easy access in a new neighborhood that has several bars and restaurants. There is a bakery next to the condo. I enjoyed getting to know you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ideia é boa, o lugar traz propostas muito interessantes porém a execução deixa a desejar. Por diversas vezes o próprio pessoal que mora aqui falta com o respeito com outros condôminos.
A infraestrutura é muito boa!! Tudo novinho, porém não sabem utilizar e estragam tudo muito rápido!
Não tem cuidado com o próprio lugar onde moram.
Deixam o som alto como se estivessem sozinhos.
Acredito que a qualidade de vida seria bem melhor caso a administração focasse em educar e fazer com que todos sejam respeitados e as normas do condomínio fossem cumpridas
The idea is good, the place brings very interesting proposals but the execution leaves something to be desired. On several occasions, the people who live here lack respect for other tenants.
The infrastructure is very good!! Everything is brand new, but they don't know how to use it and they ruin everything very quickly!
They don't care about where they live.
They make the sound loud as if they were alone.
I believe that the quality of life would be much better if the administration focused on educating and ensuring that everyone is respected and the condominium rules are complied with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns moradores não sabem conviver em condomínio. Constantemente há festas na área da piscina que ultrapassam o horário das 22h com o som extremamente alto.
Por vezes na madrugada pessoas conversam e dão risadas altas sem se importar com o sossego de outros moradores que querem apenas ter uma noite tranquila de sono no período de 22h até 8h.
Lamentável!
Some residents do not know how to live in a condominium. There are constantly parties in the pool area that go past 10pm with extremely loud music.
Sometimes at dawn, people talk and laugh out loud without caring about the peace of other residents who just want to have a peaceful night's sleep between 10pm and 8am.
Unfortunate!
