★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NADA Profissional! Fiz uma cotação de projeto com o vendedor Diego, contudo acabei optando por nao fechar com eles. Ao informar isso, o vendedor disse que meu projeto ficaria uma m3rd@ e que perdeu tempo comigo. Eu nunca vi tanta falta de profissionalismo (e de educação) na minha vida! Tomem cuidado ao fechar negócio com gente assim, se fez assim no meu atendimento, imagina depois de assinar contrato.
Em resposta ao comentário da Lugui: ALÉM de tudo ainda vem replicar comentário dizendo que não conhece esse tipo de atendimento? Pois bem acho que o Senhor(a) não conhece seus Colaboradores. Para as pessoas que estejam lendo este review, segue o screenshot da conversa. E com base na própria resposta da Empresa já podem verificar como será atendimento pós venda, tomem cuidado!
 NOTHING Professional! I made a project quote with the seller Diego, however I ended up choosing not to close with them. Upon reporting this, the seller said that my project would be an m3rd@ and that he wasted time on me. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism (and education) in my life! Be careful when closing deals with people like that, if you did that in my service, imagine after signing a contract.
In response to Lugui's comment: BESIDES everything, do you still come to reply to a comment saying that you don't know about this type of service? Well, I think you do not know your Collaborators. For people reading this review, follow the screenshot of the conversation. And based on the Company's own answer, you can already check how the after-sales service will be, be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de cozinha e guarda roupas com eles. O material chegou com diversos defeitos, que o próprio montador percebeu anotou e mandou para a loja para trocar as peças. Isso já tem quase 45 dias e apesar dos contatos não se resolve. Sugiro tomarem cuidado e abrir todo o material no momento da entrega.
02/07/2021 = Apesar de esperar bastante tempo, o trabalho foi concluído. Agora estou satisfeito com o resultado. Agradeço a Sra Iraci que sempre foi respeitosa e me atendeu muito bem. OBrigado.
I made a kitchen and wardrobe purchase with them. The material arrived with several defects, which the assembler himself noted and sent to the store to change the parts. This is almost 45 days old and despite the contacts it has not been resolved. I suggest you take care and open all the material upon delivery.
02/07/2021 = Despite waiting a long time, the job was completed. Now I am satisfied with the result. I thank Ms. Iraci who was always respectful and treated me very well. Thanks.

Bom atendimento na hora da compra, mas depois é péssimo.
Comprei em fevereiro/2020 e até hoje (maio/2021) meus problemas não foram resolvidos por completo.
Após a montagem dos móveis (junho/2021) já foram em minha casa: 3 montadores e 1 projetista.
Na última visita corrigiram os problemas de montagem, porém usaram adesivos que não são da cor do móvel para tapar os buracos de parafuso.
Terrible!!
Good service at the time of purchase, but then it sucks.
I bought it in February / 2020 and until today (May / 2021) my problems have not been completely solved.
After assembling the furniture (June / 2021), 3 assemblers and 1 designer were already at my house.
In the last visit, they corrected the assembly problems, but used adhesives that are not the color of the furniture to cover the screw holes.

The delivery was before the deadline and the assembly scheduled for the next day ... I loved it !! I highly recommend it and we even got a gift chair ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei no dia 17/07/ 2017 os móveis do quarto de minha filha e cozinha completa com mármore. Foi a minha segunda compra na Lugui / Espaço Nobre, da primeira vez correu tudo muito certo, já nesta segunda o negócio começou a ser enrolado a partir dos prazos que a vendedora simplesmente não nos informou. Na montagem dos meus móveis tive diversos problemas com a instalação porca! Móveis riscados por toda parte, gavetas com barulho, peças furadas em lugar errado, um negocio realmente fora do normal. A pior decepção foi com o fogão coktop, fui orientada a comprar o forno e fogão antes da instalação dos móveis e retirada da medida do mármore e pasmem, simplesmente o coktop não encaixou na pedra do mármore por falta de atenção na montagem dos moveis. Nesta situação ou uso o fogão ou forno. No dia 25/09 entrei em contato com a Lugui / Espaço Nobre, relatando todos os ocorridos, na semana do dia 16/10 um gerente da loja foi até minha casa. Estou com 45 dias que meus móveis foram montados e ainda não posso usar meu forno, hoje dia 10/11 entrei em contato com a loja ás 14:20h / 16:37h / 17:30h, pois uma das gerentes IRACI OU SONIA me posicionou que está semana meu problema seria resolvido e ainda nada. Simplesmente uma 3º pessoa atende o número e diz que eles estão em reunião, 2, 3, 4 horas de reunião, LUGUI / ESPAÇO NOBRE, por favor né?! De saco cheio desta loja já. PESSOAL DE OSASCO E REGIÃO FIQUEM DE OLHO E NÃO PASSE PELO QUE ESTOU PASSANDO, QUARTA PARCELA PAGA E SIMPLIZMENTE ELES NÃO RETORNAM A LIGAÇÃO!!!!
On 07/17/2017 I closed the furniture in my daughter's room and the full kitchen with marble. It was my second purchase at Lugui / Espaço Nobre, the first time everything went very well, since this Monday the business started to be rolled up from the deadlines that the seller simply did not inform us. When assembling my furniture I had several problems with the nut installation! Scratched furniture everywhere, drawers with noise, pieces stuck in the wrong place, a really unusual business. The worst disappointment was with the coktop stove, I was advised to buy the oven and stove before installing the furniture and removing the marble measurement and amazingly, the coktop simply did not fit the marble stone due to lack of attention in assembling the furniture. In this situation or use the stove or oven. On 09/25 I got in contact with Lugui / Espaço Nobre, reporting all the events, in the week of 10/16 a store manager came to my house. I have 45 days since my furniture was assembled and I still can't use my oven, today 11/11 I contacted the store at 14: 20h / 16: 37h / 17: 30h, because one of the managers IRACI OU SONIA positioned me that this week my problem would be solved and still nothing. Simply a 3rd person answers the number and says that they are in a meeting, 2, 3, 4 hours of meeting, PLACE / NOBLE SPACE, please right ?! Fed up with this store already. PERSONNEL OF OSASCO AND REGION STAY IN EYE AND DON'T PASS WHAT I'M GOING FOR, THE FOURTH PART PAID AND SIMPLY THEY DO NOT RETURN THE CONNECTION !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento na hora da compra! Não cumpre com os prazos, entrega peças faltando e muitas peças danificadas! Os montadores são terceirizados e não tem responsabilidade nenhuma. NÃO INDICO, a pessoa do contato que agenda a entrega e montagem é super desorganizada e sem educação.
Achei que comprando com loja eles seria mais seguro, mais me arrependi deveria ter feito com marceneiro particular e minha casa já estava montada por completo.
O prazo que foi me dado seria 15/01/2022 e não foi cumprido e até agora não finalizou porque faltaram peças e muitas peças vem danificadas. Lamentável pagar tão caro para fazer a casa completa eu me decepcionei total.
Great service at checkout! Does not meet deadlines, delivers missing parts and many damaged parts! The assemblers are outsourced and bear no responsibility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, the contact person who schedules delivery and assembly is super disorganized and impolite.
I thought that buying with a store they would be safer, but I regretted having done it with a private carpenter and my house was already completely assembled.
The deadline that was given to me would be 01/15/2022 and it was not met and so far it has not ended because parts are missing and many parts are damaged. Sorry to pay so much to make the house complete, I was totally disappointed.
