E nós fizeram de bobos,pq e assim que nos sentimos.
Trâmites e crédito aprovado ,na hora de assinar contrato inventando desculpas, de todas a última foi que a proprietária da casa não apareceu pra assinar o contrato .
Porém a casa permanece disponível a venda .
Liguei na imobiliária pra ter certeza e foi confirmado que estava disponível.
Não sei qual o porém o certo quem é o problema ,quem é de verdade ou mentiroso na história.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de alugar uma casa nessa imobiliária, o meu primeiro contato foi com o proprietário do imóvel e ele me direcionou para fechar o contrato na imobiliária.
Chegando lá meu esposo passou o endereço da casa e eles disseram que não tinha nenhum imóvel nesse endereço.
Após isso não prestaram nenhum suporte referente ao contrato, caução, chave do imóvel e nem se quer fizeram uma vistoria no imóvel (ao qual vou agendar para sábado).
Seu fosse colocar um imóvel meu para alugar ou vender, com toda certeza não seria nesse lugar.
Uma tremenda falta de respeito, tratam você como um nada, como se não fosse receber nada em cima do imovel que eu aluguei.
I just rented a house in this real estate, my first contact was with the owner of the property and he directed me to close the contract in the real estate.
When I got there, my husband gave me the address of the house and they said I didn't have any property at that address.
After that they did not provide any support regarding the contract, deposit, key to the property and did not even make an inspection of the property (which I will schedule for Saturday).

A tremendous lack of respect, they treat you like nothing, as if you were not going to receive anything on top of the property I rented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA! Não atendem bem, uma má vontade para dar informações do imóvel. E julgam, só de olhar! Estive por 2 vezes nessa imobiliária e mal me atenderam e já foram falando... SÓ SEGURO FIANÇA OU FIADOR. Como se não soubesse. Em especial a CIDA atendimento NOTA 0. Pegou me telefone falando que ia passar para um corretor pra agendar a visita. Até a data de hj, não ligaram. Pq da forma que ela me respondeu eu disse. EU sei! Não posso fazer uma visita ao imóvel!? Lá só pode se for fechar e que tiver cara de rico?. Se não fechou as portas certeza que é própria. Agora nem que fosse de graça! O meu dinheiro vale do mesmo jeito em qualquer outra. Até mesmo na Coelho da Fonseca.
