★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um painel intense cor off white no dia 11/07 e me enrolaram e na entregaram o produto. Fiquei na expectativa da entrega e se recusaram em fabricar o móvel. Isso depois de 46 dias se recusaram.

I bought an intense color panel off white on 11/07 and they rolled me up and delivered the product. I was expecting delivery and refused to manufacture the furniture. That after 46 days they refused.
Lack of respect and commitment to the consumer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrependi de ter jogado 820 reais no lixo. Comprei a tal "Cômoda Premium", que de Premium não tem nada. Paguei a primeira de 10 prestações e já vou doá-la. Como diz o slogam da Lukaliam... "beleza e custo-benefício". Só isso! Material fraquíssimo! 98% feita em aglomerado, encaixes mal definidos, as 8 gavetas ficaram fora de esquadro e fora do alinhamento entre as laterais com frente e fundo, corrediças de quinta categoria, e por aí vai. Minha intenção não é denegrir a imagem da empresa Lukaliam, afinal nem conhecia até então, mas tenho que registrar aqui minha realidade ao comprar está cômoda, tentando esclarecer para os próximos interessados sobre o que realmente estarão comprando. A cômoda realmente é muito bonita, no site, nas fotos, mas quando abrirem a embalagem verão que se trata de um produto comum, simples, fraco, de baixa qualidade emal preparado. Cada um gasta o seu dinheiro como bem ente der, só adianto aqui que comigo foi assim, pra quem gosta de bons produtos e tem bom gosto apurado, essa cômoda aí não vai atender.

Very weak material! 98% made of chipboard, poorly defined inserts, the 8 drawers were out of square and out of alignment between the sides with front and bottom, fifth category slides, and so on. My intention is not to denigrate the image of the company Lukaliam, after all I didn't even know it until then, but I have to register here my reality when buying is comfortable, trying to clarify to the next interested parties about what they will actually be buying. The dresser is really beautiful, on the website, in the photos, but when you open the packaging you will see that it is a common product, simple, weak, of low quality and prepared. Each one spends his money as he pleases, I only advance here that it was like this for me, for those who like good products and have good taste, this dresser there will not answer.
