★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um móvel em que as peças não passaram por nenhum critério antes de enviar, furos onde encaixariam a cavilhas, maiores que as próprias, não veio manual de instruções pois esqueceram de enviar, e depois de 3 contatos com a fábrica desisti de pedir, deveria estar no site os manuais, e as peças virem sobrando, pois muitas vem com defeito ou faltando. Triste.
 I bought a piece of furniture in which the pieces did not pass any criteria before sending, holes where they would fit the pegs, bigger than the ones themselves, there was no instruction manual because they forgot to send it, and after 3 contacts with the factory I gave up asking, it should the manuals are on the site, and the parts are left over, as many come defective or missing. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada com o prazo de entrega. Comprei em 21/04. Hoje, 28/06 ainda nem despacharam os moveis da fábrica. O prazo se entrega seria dia 03/06. Está com 25 dias de atraso, e ainda nem chegou na loja. Deram previsão para chegada na loja na segunda semana de julho. Jamais recomendaria essa fábrica. Jamais voltarei a comprar. Péssima fábrica.
I am disappointed with the delivery time. Bought on 04/21. Today, 06/28 they haven't even dispatched the factory furniture. The deadline for delivery would be 06/03. He's 25 days late, and he hasn't even arrived at the store yet. They predicted to arrive at the store in the second week of July. I would never recommend this factory. I will never buy again. Bad factory.
