★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tentar trocar um produto na loja e uma tal técnica de araque (duvido muito ser técnica de alguma coisa) olhou na minha cara e disse que eu tinha alterado o produto. Ela quis dizer que eu usei o produto e completei com água. Uma acusação dessas já bastava pra eu entrar com um processo. Tudo bem que não tinham obrigação de trocar o produto, mas eu liguei antes pra saber e me confirmaram que trocariam. Me fizeram pegar Uber de ida e volta até a loja, pra chegar lá e me dizerem que não iam trocar e ainda ter a cara de pau de me dizer que eu botei água no produto. Mas já tô movendo a ação por sonegação fiscal (não me deram nota fiscal do produto) e por estarem em funcionamento irregular durante a fase de restrições da pandemia. Vamos ver se assim aprende a treinar suas vendedoras pra que respeitem mais os clientes.
I went to try to exchange a product in the store and such a cheating technique (I very much doubt it was a technical thing) looked me in the face and said that I had changed the product. She meant that I used the product and completed it with water. Such an accusation was enough for me to file a lawsuit. Okay, they had no obligation to exchange the product, but I called ahead to find out and they confirmed that they would. They made me take Uber back and forth to the store, to get there and tell me they weren't going to change and still have the nerve to tell me that I poured water into the product. But I am already filing the lawsuit for tax evasion (they did not give me an invoice for the product) and because they were operating irregularly during the restrictions phase of the pandemic. Let's see if you learn to train your salespeople to respect your customers more.
