★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Fiquei quase uma hora esperando para ser atendida, sem cortesia nenhuma. Está loja veste as pessoa para viverem sonhos, poderia levar isso em consideração. Quando questionei a moça se já estavam disponíveis para atender noivas recebi a resposta: “tô atendendo outra moça fia!” - super compreendo, mas o serviço não é barato. O atendimento tinha que ser adequado.
Lousy service. I spent almost an hour waiting to be answered, without any courtesy. This store dresses people to live dreams, it could take that into consideration. When I asked the girl if they were already available to meet brides, I received the answer: “I'm attending another fia girl!” - I understand, but the service is not cheap. The service had to be adequate.

Os atendentes demonstram preocupação em atender o cliente da melhor maneira possível: tem medidas, fazem ajustes, sugerem diferentes opções. A loja tornou-se pra mim uma referência no aluguel de roupas de gala na região.
The store has a wide variety of clothing options and accessories such as shoes. The price is fair and the service, although a bit slow, is quite attentive. The attendants show concern to serve the customer in the best possible way: it has measures, make adjustments, suggest different options. The store became for me a reference in the rental of gala clothes in the region.

O único vestido que eu gostei, estava com um probleminha na costura, e devido a isso, seria necessário trocar a saia dele. Mesmo sendo muito difícil achar um tecido com a mesma cor (Azul Tiffany), a loja foi super prestativa e se dispôs a trocar toda a saia!! Eu aluguei o vestido praticamente novo!
Eu recomendo a loja!
Nice place, good service and lots of dress options.
The only dress I liked, had a little sewing problem, and because of that, it would be necessary to change his skirt. Even though it was very difficult to find a fabric with the same color (Tiffany Blue), the store was super helpful and was willing to change the entire skirt !! I rented the dress practically new!
I recommend the store!
