★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui Até a loja pernambucanas ao descer por uma escada rolante,uma blusa que estava na minha cintura ficou pressa na escada levei um susto tentei puxar a blusa ela rasgou quase cair, fui ate um segurança. Relatei o ocorrido( disse minha blusa ficou pressa na escada olha estar toda rasgada poderia se uma Criança que com certeza teria se machucado), ele ficou quieto Não disse uma palavra me deixou falando sozinha fiquei tão sem graça que sair da loja em fim um falta de respeito com um cliente, e de brinde fiquei com a blusa rasgada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá nas Pernambucanas de Itapecerica pra pegar meu cartão Top no horário agendado , dei meu nome pra menina confirmar a presença, aí passou do meu horário pra pegar o cartão (o horário era 11h40), e percebi que outras pessoas que chegaram depois de mim estavam sendo chamadas, a menina que eu dei o nome tinha saído e ficou outra no lugar dela, aí fui questionar porque já era 12h20 e ainda não tinha sido chamada, ela foi ver e a outra menina a quem eu dei o nome não tinha confirmado minha presença. Depois de muita luta consegui o cartão e na hora da saída uma outra moça me ofereceu para fazer um cartão de crédito, eu falei que não e ela disse que não ia levar 5 minutos, os 5 minutos viraram 15 pq ela não estava conseguindo fazer o cadastro devido a problemas no tablet dela, trocou o tablet e nisso chegou um rapaz dizendo que estavam chamando ela em outro andar, ela passou a bola de fazer o cartão pra ele e na hora que fui assinar não dizia nada de cartão e sim de conta digital, e isso não tinha sido informado em nenhum momento pela moça anterior. Falei que não queria e ele ficou insistindo pra fazer a conta digital, apaguei minha assinatura e saí da loja. Se surgir alguma conta digital em meu nome vou processar. Uma desorganização total essa loja.
 I went there in Pernambucanas de Itapecerica to get my Top card at the scheduled time, I gave my name to the girl to confirm her presence, then it went past my time to get the card (the time was 11:40 am), and I noticed that other people who arrived after me were being called, the girl I named had left and another girl took her place, so I went to ask because it was already 12:20 and she still hadn't been called, she went to see and the other girl I named had not confirmed my presence. After a lot of struggle I got the card and at the time of leaving another girl offered me to make a credit card, I said no and she said it wouldn't take 5 minutes, the 5 minutes turned into 15 because she wasn't able to do the registration due to problems with her tablet, she changed the tablet and then a guy arrived saying that they were calling her on another floor, she passed the ball on making the card to him and when I went to sign it didn't say anything about a card but an account digital, and this had not been reported at any time by the previous girl. I said I didn't want to and he kept insisting to do the digital account, I deleted my signature and left the store. If any digital account appears in my name, I will sue. A total disorganization of this store.
