★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Em plena pandemia marcam 200 pessoas no mesmo horário... Atrasam mais de uma hora para te atender... Pacientes em jejum e com bexiga cheia.. simplesmente horrível!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui levar minha mãe uma senhora debilitada de 82 anos , para fazer um exame de raio x , ela foi atendida por uma profissional muito simpática , atenciosa e muito pacienciosa Com muito carinho ao atender minha mãe , aí final do exame perguntei seu nome é ela me disse que chamava Marli .
Fiquei muito grato pelo atendimento .
Continue nossos velhinhos sempre assim .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo em meio a pandemia deixar idoso aguardando o exame de doppler das 10 hs da manhã até mais de 14hrs . Só porque é realizado pela prefeitura. Se fosse particular faria imediato . Está empresa pensa só no dinheiro e não no bem estar do paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz 2 ultrassom dia 17/12 e até ontem 20/01 ainda não tinham entregado o resultado. Disse que eu posso ir lá hoje às 15 horas buscar o resultado, mas duvido que me entreguem. Eles só pensam em dinheiro, já receberam mesmo, agora que se dane o paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um horário e chegando na clínica o atendimento era feito por ordem de chegada, ficou bem confuso já que as recepcionistas me informaram que os exames eram feitos com horário marcado ?. Ao questionar não me esclareceram nada. Fora isso o atendimento feito pela Mara até a sala e o atendimento médico foram ótimos.
I made an appointment and arriving at the clinic the service was done on a first-come, first-served basis, it was very confusing since the receptionists informed me that the exams were done by appointment ?. When questioning, they did not clarify anything. Other than that, the service provided by Mara to the room and the medical assistance were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Não recomendo a ninguém. Se depender de diagnóstico desta empresa o paciente vai a óbito. Só hoje, 26/05/22 já entrei em contato 87 vezes e ninguém atendeu em nenhum momento. É um descaso... e o pior... pagando! Ninguém auxilia em nada, informam que vão mandar o laudo e não enviam... enfim, não procurem este lugar. São José do Rio Pardo tem lugares excelentes e de qualidade.
