There is no organization for the care of patients with Covid. There is an increase in patients waiting and subject to contamination. Nobody maintains an efficient level of communication and it is not known who it is when they will be called.

â â â â â Os exames sĂł podem ser feitos mediante agendamento, mas ao chegar no local o que vale Ă© o sistema de senhas (que tambĂ©m nĂŁo Ă© por ordem de chegada, mas sim por tipo de exame). O prĂ©-analĂtico nĂŁo Ă© otimizado e gera desconforto ficar transitando entre pelo menos 4 tipos de recepção atĂ© realizar o exame. Falta de respeito com quem precisa ficar em jejum por mais um tempo desnecessĂĄrio... A crĂtica aqui se faz pela logĂstica, e nĂŁo a equipe.
The exams can only be done by appointment, but when you arrive at the place, what counts is the password system (which is also not by order of arrival, but by type of exam). The pre-analytical test is not optimized and causes discomfort to move between at least 4 types of reception until performing the exam. Lack of respect for those who need to fast for another unnecessary time... The criticism here is made by the logistics, not the team.

Uma falta de respeito perdi a consulta em Belo Horizonte por falta se comprometimento fiquei quase uma hora para eles atender a ligação e quando consegui ficaram de mandar o laudo e nĂŁo enviaram
Terrible! I had an MRI, they don't answer the phone, when I got the exam they gave me the report on behalf of someone else. A lack of respect, I missed the appointment in Belo Horizonte due to lack of commitment, I stayed almost an hour for them to answer the call and when I got it they stopped sending the report and they didn't send it
