★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica em si eu não tive oportunidade de conhecer, porque a recepcionista é extremamente sem educação, grossa e sem profissionalismo. Ouvi que tem excelentes profissionais na clínica mas não consegui marcar uma consulta pela falta de interesse da recepção em ter o mínimo de respeito e educação com o cliente, péssimo o atendimento, PÉSSIMO!!!
 I didn't have the opportunity to visit the clinic itself, because the receptionist is extremely uneducated, rude and unprofessional. I heard that there are excellent professionals at the clinic but I couldn't make an appointment due to the reception's lack of interest in having the least respect and politeness with the client, terrible service, TERRIBLE!!!

The controversies of calls, so far on google, says that they answer the agreement and call they don't answer, and on whatsapp it takes time to be answered

Estão perdendo pacientes, olha abaixo a mesma reclamação que a minha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente clinica de odontologia! Faço o tratamento a anos em outros consultorios, e somente a Dr. Rubia conseguiu finalizar e retirar o aparelho odontológico com sucesso.
Excellent dental clinic! I have been doing the treatment for years in other offices, and only Dr. Rubia was able to successfully finish and remove the dental device.

We are very satisfied with the service at the Lumina clinic, the reception service by the employee Carla is great, always helpful and very attentive, and the dentists who accompany us, Dr Rubia and Dr Marília, we also love it, for the service provided and for the affection towards us. I highly recommend Lumina clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma limpeza hoje 13/04 e não gostei, por ter feito usando convênio, apenas passou um produto que parecia ser “creme dental” com algodão, e a máquina limpando alguns cantos, não passou nenhum outro produto que no meu ver quando fiz limpeza em outros lugares passaram, não foi passado nem fio dental entre os dentes muito menos a “lixa”. Não volto mais!
I did a cleaning today 04/13 and I didn't like it, because I did it using an insurance company, I just used a product that seemed to be "toothpaste" with cotton, and the machine cleaning some corners, it didn't use any other product that in my view when I cleaned it in other places they passed, not even dental floss was passed between the teeth, much less the “sandpaper”. I won't be back!
